Parking was not convenient and hard to find .Room was clean and staff didn't bother you but was helpful if needed .drinks were free.there was no pool so that is why I give it three stars it's an older casino.

It took 10 minutes for a staff to show up to the front desk to check us in. Other hotel staff said they went to the bathroom. Seemed like management should do a better job scheduling things so that staff can take breaks without inconveniencing guests so much.

The staff here is so friendly and welcoming. The gentleman working the front desk on check in was amazing! We had an issue with our room smelling like cigarette smoke and he was so apologetic and understanding about switching our rooms. The staff are definitely the high point of this hotel.

The ac/heat didn’t work, windows don’t open. Small rooms compared to the other casinos. Also, there is no USB plug-in anywhere in the rooms so make sure you bring a charging box

The room's are small and definitely beginning show signs of aging. Cheap rooms though. Close to where the local shuttle picks up(right in front of hotel). The casino is decent enough. They have gaming tables as well as slots and machines. Not too busy, which i like. Food is ok; not too expensive and tastes ok.
