"This home was perfect for the 6 of us. Our family had a blast cruising around the farm and visiting the animals. Our kiddos did a lot of exploring. Scott was so helpful with answering all of our questions and providing maps of the property. The home had everything we needed and more. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc - things many rentals don’t provide. "What a wonderful place to stay! So CLEAN! Well lit, great parking , plenty of outlets in the bedrooms. I enjoyed the shower and appreciated the shampoo and body wash. Was also great to have access to laundry. Melissa was very helpful and promptly answered my questions both before and while I was there. "

"We had a great stay at Franklin house. The home was clean and kept up and in a very peaceful setting yet close to things we wanted to do. Kathryn was available when/if we needed her and she is a wonderful Host. We were there for a weekend to visit Amish country, Serpent Mound and Arc of Appalachia. We definitely would recommend staying here for a nice get-away."

"We stayed for my mom’s birthday. We took everything we needed for three nights. Very comfortable and the fire was warm in a snow storm. Lovely golden retriever came to visit as we were leaving. He was amazing. Just made our day as we are dog lovers. Thanks for letting us enjoy your place. Peaceful weekend. "
