Tar Bay's Hidden Treasure! "The place to be"

Villa Marjorie is located on Tar Bay at Silver Beach, George Town, Exuma, Bahamas. It has been completely remodeled and updated with brand new sliding doors that were installed in February 2020. She is a two bedroom and two bathroom beach house with central air conditioning, modern kitchen with new stainless steel Whirlpool appliances and granite counter tops, garbage disposal and fresh water filter. The living room and dining area is equipped with a 42 inch flat screen LG TV.

Each bedroom has a 32 inch flat screen TV and is nicely appointed with dark wood furniture and enjoys incredible views of the sparkling turquoise waters. All rooms lead to the beach by way of their own 8ft. sliding glass doors that open onto a 10ft. by 37ft. covered balcony that is literally a few steps to the water. Villa Marjorie is an 8 minute drive East from George Town International Airport and 12 minutes West of downtown George Town, Exuma

Perfect Location for Beach Vacation
We loved the location of the pretty home. Although it is not a 3 bedroom home as advertised, it was good for the three of us. The owner was attentive and helped solve problems that arose. It had all the necessaries for a great beach vacation.

This was our second visit to Exuma and super excited about the location of the home. 6 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from down town Georgetown, and just minutes to different restaurants and beaches. Great for what we needed!
I attended a wedding that was hosted on the same beach, so this rental was the perfect location. It is about 15 minutes from town which can get pricey if you take cabs, but the beachfront makes up for that. The host was super responsive throughout our stay, and we really enjoyed it!

Quiet, clean home located right on the beach-PERFECT
For our annual winter getaway, we look for places like this one. It is quiet, modern, well equipped, conveniently located & directly on a beautiful beach. We like to take long daily walks and IMO this is the best beach type for that: sandy with some waves and VERY peaceful w/FEW people. What a great place! if you ever decide to sell, make sure you let us know

House was as advertised. Beach is about 30 feet from the door going to the beach, great setting and the outdoor furniture was a nice surprise, as it was way nicer than what was in the pictures. Have booked for next year!

Another week in paradise!
This is was our second stay at Villa Majorie and it just gets better every visit . The host was always available and accommodating and was as usual a pleasure to speak with ! The description is exactly as promised . The best beach in the world in our opinion and the water … it’s almost like it’s not real … it’s the most turquoise in the island … we just relaxed outback in a picture perfect serene environment that makes you not want to ever leave ! Thank you again to the host and we can’t wait to get back !

We had a wonderful time in Exuma and at Villa Marjorie. The home was well appointed and had everything you would need. The WIFI/TV worked well with no issues. The beach was perfect for relaxation. We would definitely stay again!

Our son proposed to his girlfriend on the beach, wonderful moment. The property is nicely located, is very well equipped and extremely clean. Just as advertised. We had a great stay at Village Marjorie during our visit to the Exumas. The location absolutely cannot be beat. And the owner was gracious enough to allow us early check-in and late check out and was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend.
