"Terrible experience. The agent told us YOU did not communicaye our booking and that she never received it. We had to find other accomodation , at exhorbitant prices, because we had no choice. This is the busiest time of the year. Did you communicate my booking. Did she mess it up? Im extremely unsatisfied. We now sit in a little house far away from the sea, at an exorbitantly inflated rate."

"Reservation confirmedfor 5 nights, almost 1 month later host manually updated booking to 3 nights due to system not properly updated and resulted in double bookings. Had to pay for additional 2 nights at higher rate after already having paid for 5 nights. Not planning to stay there ever againagain"

"Well situated on high hilltop great view of lake . Property has gated entrance . Seems like a safe environment. No air con it was quite hot when we were there those accustomed to air con would not be comfortable . those that do not need tempature control would find it a safe clean well situated venue"

"Beautiful stay at the oakhurst farm cottages. Farm shop had lots of food choices for an easy meal or a braai. Lovely meal baskets and a wonderful facility with lots of different options and things to do. Would love to head back in the future!"

"4.5 stars. Large golf course estate, very quiet and secure. Lovely 3 bedroom home with swimming pool and views of the course. All the comforts of home. Water pressure is good, and 2 fireplaces (gas) heat the master bedroom and living room (it was quite chilly overnight during our September stay). Nice treat left for us upon our arrival, which was appreciated. Close to shopping and to restaurants in town. A lovely hotel with a oul

"I was quite often in Wilderness and looked at this wonderful hotel. Now I‘ve stayed here and I really enjoyed it. There is only one little - point. My bed in room no. 166 is a little bit too short for my length, but I slept really good. Friendly staff, good breakfast and a fair price = good value for the money"
