"Whilst the location is good, this house is in dire need of a makeover. The gardens are overgrown, the street appeal is zero, it is dilapidated and dirty looking. The inside is not much better. The carpet is stained and threadbare, the floor mat in the lounge is stained, the lounge chairs are stained. The bedsheets did not appear to be clean and when we removed the pillowcase, the pillow was a yellowing mess! The lino floor was in good condition, but filthy. The bathroom floor was dirty and...

"Well positioned for our group of friends who attended for Geographe Bay race week 2025 - between the Marina and the Geographe Bay Yacht Club. Enough space for us all and although we didn't have time to enjoy all of the outdoor activities on offer the dining area (inside and out) was large enough for us all to enjoy time together. Great air-conditioning! Very responsive friendly owner to our couple of queries"
