"Very good place to stay. Clean room and bathroom. Central to all the main tourist spots, marina or main train station (if you want to travel or exploreb further). Cheap taxi ride to the airport too. Hostes was kind and helpful. "

"Amazing property, fabulous location, excellent staff. Sadly, my (single) room was not much bigger and lighter than a broom closet. The biggest problem was the lack of any working desk and no electric outlet near the bed. However, i can imagine that if I was visiting for holidays, this wouldn’t be so much of an issue."

"We were one day late to check in and the staff were extremely friendly. But the location is right inside the old town and not easy to find. We had two small children below 10 and two luggages to pull around. The neighborhood was sketchy. (when we search for the hotel, we walk around a road with prostitutes and pee on the ground). "Really loved the vibes here. Lots of staff and volunteers so tons of activities and fun people to meet. The rooms have real beds which is nice and the lockers are plenty big for all your belongings. Large kitchen with tons of free food, and amenities to cook for yourself, and was pretty clean considering. Really loved the vibes here. Would stay at this chain again."

"Nice hotel but open your wallet wide! Breakfast buffet is $23 per person and a simple spritz is $17 at the bar. The shower was good. The bed was very hard but pillows are soft. Items in the mini bar are very expensive. The hotel sits right on the harbor so it has nice views. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. "

"I loved this hotel. Perfectly situated above the plaza and train station and at the end of the street, full of restaurants and things to see and do and a great view and wonderful staff and convenient and clean and an excellent value for the money. I loved this hotel. I stay at three star hotels to five star hotels and this was the perfect hotel for the visit to Genoa Italy. "

Excellent hotel

"I visited this hotel in April with my mother. We chose the superior room with a balcony and it was wonderful. Our room had a queen bed and a separate area with a twin bed and a second balcony. It was very spacious and comfortable with beautiful bedding, pillows and towels. The room had everything we could want: an espresso machine, kettle, fridge and all toiletries. We chose to add breakfast to our reservation and it was excellent with many choices and excellent coffee. The port area is lively and the hotel is within easy walking distance of the old town, restaurants and shops and public transportation. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed 2 nights before our cruise and one night after. The personnel were very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The hotel is next to the train station. 15 minute walk to the port and 20 minutes car ride to the airport. Walking distance to everthing. I would diffinently go back to this hotel if I were to go bake to Genoa."
