Ridgehaven is a peaceful, secluded cabin on 40 beautiful wooded acres

Our cabin is located on 40 wooded acres and sits at the end of a dead end road in Vernon County, WI. It is a short distance to the Mississippi River (10 minutes), 10 minutes to Viroqua and 30 minutes to LaCrosse, WI. It's perfect for hunters, fishermen, hikers,and families. It's beautiful view overlooks Newton Valley. Our property is close to numerous trout streams and has plenty of surrounding public land for hunting and other outdoor activities.

We needed a place we could all stay and go fishing and ended up spending a good amount of time at the property. The house, the land around it and the view were beautiful. So peaceful.

The cabin surpassed our expectations! The house was clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. We had a beautiful view from the deck—all in all, a lovely place to stay. We'll be back again for another fall weekend.

2nd time staying at this property and it was even better. The owner's did some nice upgrades and even left us some nice complimentary snacks and firewood to enjoy our evenings. The setting is extremely private and quiet, exactly what we were in need of.

Had a wonderful, relaxing weekend! The house was very clean and decorated very cute. There was wood for our bonfire and charcoal for the grill. Very comfy beds, what more could one ask for to make a perfect weekend! We would definitely stay here again!

Jennifer’s property is beautiful and came ready for any group to stay. The cabin is up to date on all appliances and they all work as should. I love how much open area we had to enjoy outdoor sports. Would definitely book again if I come to the area.

WOW!
This cabin is an absolute must-visit. We were lucky enough to come after a fresh snowfall and the views and scenery were BREATHTAKING. The actual cabin was spotless and smelt so good! We loved the peace, quiet, and seclusion the area offered. Don't hesitate to book this listing, we would recommend it to everyone!

Great stay!
We love this part of the state and this place really delivers! Located on top of a ridge, the view is incredible! It's equally close to Viroqua and Genoa so even though it's remote, you can get to each town in 10min. We enjoyed our stay skiing at Mt. La Crosse which was a short 30min drive. The cabin itself is nice and spacious with a great layout. It's very clean and well equipped. Can't wait to come back!

Family wedding stay
My parents, brother and sister-in-law, joined us while we were in the area for our daughter’s wedding. The host was gracious and helpful in making this be a memorable experience for us all. This was such a picturesque spot (doe and a pair of fawns were just outside the kitchen window this morning), and very well appointed place to stay. There was space for everyone and a wonderful common area to gather and share the joys of our day. I will certainly come back and stay here when I’m in the area again.

Property was very nice. It was everything we hoped for. Was a challenge to find I initially as Google took us to a cornfield one road North for some reason. Not the host’s fault but could be easily fixed by contacting Google. We would stay there again.
