This 18th century house is furnished with refinement. Enter the living room with its large living room, its dining area and its very well equipped separate kitchen. On the 1st floor, a master bedroom with its 160 cm bed and large closets, the bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink. Also a reading corner with an office space with a sofa that can be used as an extra bed. On the 2nd floor, a bedroom with a 90 cm bunk bed, a bedroom with a 90 cm bed. And between the two, an open stairwell secured by a “play area” net. Take full advantage of the garden with its heated swimming pool, its spa, its wooden terrace in the middle of the greenery, a barn for beautiful summer evenings. Finally, at the back of the grounds, walk alongside a bamboo forest, climb a few stone steps to access the fruit garden, an ideal place to read or take a good nap.

The Beauval zoo is 20 minutes away (you arrive from the less busy side). 10 minutes away, go visit this beautiful town of Loches, a medieval town with its royal castle and its 37m high keep offering a magnificent panoramic view of the town. 20 minutes from the elegant Château de Chenonceau or the beautiful town of Amboise with Clos Lucé. But also, Chédigny flower village, Montrésor, one of the beautiful villages of France. And so many other beautiful places to discover.

By the A10: 30 minutes from the Chambray les Tours exit, take direction Loches, Châteauroux.
