"Our stay was great. We were upgraded on arrival, but when we got into our room the carpet had recently been cleaned so it was damp. The reception were very apologetic and helpful, they upgraded us again to make sure we were comfortable. The room was excellent and the bed was so comfortable I could have slept for the entire trip. 10 out of 10 overall."
