It’s right across the street from the Louis Vuitton on Champs Elysees. 1 minute walk from George V metro which can get you to the Louvre in <10 minutes, Notre Dame, and Bastille. "Lovely ground floor (and basement) apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. Great location. Easy walk to most major attractions. Many cafés, bakeries, etc. right around the corner. Clean, easy, effective communications. Of note, like many Parisian dwellings, this does not have air conditioning so it can get warm in the summer. (The owner supplied plenty of fans.) Really cool (and beautiful) to walk out in the morning and see the Eiffel Tower framed down the street."
