Nice facility, lovely and help full host and breakfast staff. I would have given this an overall rating of 5, but suite 22 is right above reception and was noisy with checkin and checkout times. Regardless I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Cute and Quaint!
This hotel was so quaint, comfortable and clean! The staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. Perfect walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. I would totally stay again!

The receptionist Christy was fantastic....friendly, helpful with local information, effective and so business like. Her boss should be informed about the wonderful work this person is doing for them....a real ambassador for Germany and especially Gengenbach.

Nice family owned hotel in very picturesque Gengenbach. About 2 blocks outside of town. Staff was very nice, room very comfortable and clean.
