Beatrice was friendly and kind, the apartment was tastefully decorated with thoughtful attention to every detail, down to candies, bottles of wine to welcome you, tea and coffee and books and games. "Our family stayed here during the December 2024 holiday. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, had comfortable beds, and a very cozy living room for reading and watching movies. The host was responsive to all inquiries, including late on a Saturday night when we could not get the key to work in the door - they sent someone within 30min who was able to help us get into the apartment. It's in a quiet neighborhood away from the city center but very easy to hop on the tram to get around. ...

"This is a perfect holiday location....the apartment has everything you need & was spotlessly clean. Gengenbach is probably the prettiest town we saw in the Black Forest & a fantastic base to explore the region. We stayed 11 nights & used the train on the Konus card scheme every day bar 1.....great for taking the stress away & having a German beer or 2! Anja was fantastic in welcoming us & giving lots of tips on where to eat etc....she was always at the end of the phone if we had a question....
