"A group of us stayed at Casa Benessere to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. We had celebrated our 10th there so we knew what to expect- a fantastic property in a great location. Sarah had arranged an anniversary card as a really nice welcoming touch along with a welcome pack. Alessandro ( who looks after the property) was really great ahead of our arrival and although my Italian is Ok, I didn’t need it as his English is so good Sarah- Grazie Mille e tourneremo!"

"An absolutely beautiful property and setting with everything included you could want. Lucca, the host, is charming, relaxed, accommodating and very efficient. La casa è immersa nella natura, il posto è bellissimo e gode di una tranquillità incomparabile, proprio quello che cercavamo. "This apartment is located in a rural building only 8km from Genga and a short drive from the interesting town of Fabriano with it's museums, parks, shops and big supermarkets. Sassoferato, which has Roman remains, is also nearby- (check in advance with the tourist office for visiting. ) We visited the amazing Frasassi caves and also did a little walking in the surrounding countryside. The apartment had useful leaflets and books about the area and we would have visited the fortified villages...

"The villa and the grounds are wonderful, and the views are enchanting. We had a great time at Villa Staffieri as a multi-generational family of 8. Clearly a lot of thought and love has gone into the house. The village is an easy walking distance and it has a grocery store, cafe, a park with a plauground. The local pizzeria was unfortunately close while we were there, but it's set to re-open in August. There are several restaurants and pizzerias, as well as supermarkets, within short driving...
