"We loved our stay at this serene lake getaway. Wish we had more time to enjoy the lakefront amenities. The loft itself was cozy yet spacious, had central AC/heating with nicely heated floors in the bathroom, and overall well maintained. Debbie was a lovely host and very communicative, ensuring we had everything we needed. "

"Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms with updates throughout the entire hotel. One of our favorite places to stay when we’re in Geneva. Extremely clean. Restaurant (Horizons) had an excellent dinner. Bed and pillows could be a tiny bit more comfortable but they’re “ok”. One MAJOR disappointment was we came in late (1:30am) thinking there would be some sort of a snack machine somewhere in the building and there’s not. Just drinks and the little store they do have closes at 9pm. My husband is a diabetic so this was a small inconvenience. I’ll prepare better next time. "

"Communication was great with staff. The space was perfect for what we needed. Everything was 5 Star. I was concerned because I read about heating problems, and it was supposed to get cold. After consulting with staff and a little bit of ingenuity the temperature was great throughout. The view from the balcony was great and my wife and I went walking at the state park daily. Opportunities to improve would be adding a couch as the chairs were not the most relaxing. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this as an affordable option for any couple. "
