The Guest Bedroom has a queen-sized bed & 42" Roku TV.
The second bathroom has a jetted tub/shower.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, with modern appliances and all the cookware and utensils you need. Dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig and Drip/traditional), electric oven, refrigerator with ice-maker, toaster, cookware/bakeware, glassware and dinnerware for 6.
The apartment also includes a washer and dryer, so you can pack light and keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.
The Kitchen, Dining Room, & Living Room offer a spectacular view of the Lake.
The Living Room has 2 sofas and a chair with ottoman. There is a 65'' wall-mounted flat screen Roku TV (with DVD & cable box) and an electric fireplace. Free High Speed Wi-Fi Internet is provided with secured access code.
The apartment is on the main level of a five-story, two-elevator serviced building. The Vista has its very own private beach with a fishing pier, indoor pool, & exercise equipment at the main lobby.

Lake Erie Vista condominium complex was built in 2011. Offering luxury and tranquility right on the shores of beautiful Lake Erie. "The Vista" has elevator & ramp access to its very own private beach with a fishing pier. There is also an indoor heated pool & exercise equipment at the main lobby.
The Village of Geneva on the Lake it is a short drive or bike ride to "The Strip" with unique shops, bars, wineries, & restaurants. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities such as fishing, boating, hiking, and other fun attractions. The Spire Institute is 15 minutes away. Visit the many more restaurants, wineries, parks, & covered bridges within Ashtabula county.

1. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised and accompanied by an adult at all times. No child under the age of 14 is allowed to use the exercise equipment.
2. You must stay within the pier rails and stay off of break wall rocks. Jumping/Diving off the pier, dangling over the pier rails or playing on break wall is prohibited.
3. You & your guests swim at your own risks in the pool and lake. There is no lifeguard. Do not dive into the lake or pool. Do not swim without a capable partner and do not swim in the lake when there are white caps on the waves.
4. No running allowed in building, around pool, or patio.
5. You risk eviction and forfeiture of all monies should you allow any person(s) on the premises of Lake Erie Vista other than those occupants listed in your rental agreement. Only 2 guests are allowed to visit and must vacate premises by 9PM. Parking for your guests is available across the street.
6. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM, both within & outside of the building. NO PARTIES ALLOWED!
7. When open, The Pool is available to from 8 AM - 8 PM. Please follow all rules and warning signs
posted around the pool area.
8. The cost of any damage done to the property and furnishings in both the unit and public areas of the building will be deducted from the Security/Damage deposit. If additional damage beyond the deposit is found, you will be responsible for paying additional damages. Use the facilities, the equipment, the furnishings, and appliances as they were intended to be used.
9. You will forfeit your Security/Damage deposit for smoking in the unit or building. Provide your own ashtrays or means of disposing your cigarette butts. Do not throw butts on the beach, grounds, or planters.
10. Pets are NOT allowed. You will forfeit your Security/Damage deposit if you bring a pet onto the grounds.
11. A dumpster for trash is provided on the east side of the parking lot. Do NOT leave trash/garbage bags in public areas. Do not use waste receptacles in lobby, entrance, pool, or patio for unit trash.
12. Please rinse the sand off before you go into the pool and or building. There is a hose for this purpose on the east side of the patio, so that others may enjoy a a clear & clean pool and common areas.
13. Parking is limited to two vehicles in Parking Lot: one space per vehicle. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the soles responsibility of the vehicle owner. No boats, campers, or trailers are allowed in the parking spaces.
14. The grills, beach chairs, patio chairs/tables & fire pits are provided for your use and enjoyment. (Firewood can be purchased across the street). Return property to its place in good repair and clean up areas you use.
15. The balcony rails must be kept clear of people and items. Do NOT sit/straddle the rail. Do NOT hang towels or clothing from the rails.
16. Hallways must be kept clear. No equipment or bikes may be stored in hallways. Bikes may be locked on the racks provided at the entrance on the east side of the building.
Failure to abide by the rules may result in forfeit of Security/Damage deposit and/or eviction.
