Perfect spot for relaxing
We chose this home for a reunion of nurse friends and school mates of 52 years. We all turned 70 this year! It didn't fail. House was clean with very lovely furnishings. Location on the lake was wonderful especially for senior group. No steps! We gathered in kitchen, living room, deck and yard. Totally met our needs.

Great place to stay for your lake vacation.
The waterfront property is hard to beat. The yard between the house and the lake is perfect. The sun room is a great place to be if the weather does not cooperate.

Family Vacation
The property is amazing on the lake with great views. Huge dock to relax on, Adirondack chairs on the lawn under a huge Willow Tree. Shade under the tree and sun on the dock and fire pit by the lake. The house has a beach feel and fit our two families great. Tons to explore in area as well.

Great week!
This property was so wonderful. I loved being directly on the lake with kayaks, fire pit, amazing views and peace and quiet. This house had everything you could ask for, and we explored the area so much. We went to Niagara Falls, Watkins Glen, the outlets, and had a great time relaxing at the lake as well. There are so many wineries with great choices for tasting. This house is well worth a stay! I would definitely go again!

Very nice vacation spot
Very nice house in a beautiful lakefront location. Comfortable, in good condition. Great dock. Attentive owners. For a larger group the one bathroom for the whole house could be a negative, but for us (3 people) it was no problem.

The home was beautiful. It was comfortable and on a beautiful lot.
Tons of living space and bedrooms are good size. Only one bathroom was our biggest compromise, but it’s good size! The homeowners were very attentive and accommodating to our travel plans and available for questions and local recommendations. We had a wonderful weekend and are already talking about our trip back !

Wonderful house!
The house was in a great location to the wineries and a beautiful setting. It had everything we needed for a great long weekend. This house also had enough chairs to play games and eat at the huge table. That’s a big plus. Also, the owner did a great job on coresponding with us so our arrival and stay went well. We stayed here for a week. 4 adults and 5 children. Nicest house we have ever stayed at. Great large, flat yard for kids to play and a nice walk in Beach area for them. The house was very large and spacious, plenty of room to spread out. Great deck area to have meals or just lounge around. Close proximity to Geneva if we needed anything. Owners welcomed us with a bottle of wine and were available for any questions. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Experience!!
We had a fun girls trip with my Mom, 2 Aunts and 2 cousins. We LOVED the house and especially the view! We experienced a brief power outage, but were able to communicate with Ashley VERY promptly and get an ETA on recovery. Power was back on after returning from dinner. Highly recommend this house and the owners!! Thank you!

It was beautiful home right on the lake! Couldn't have asked for better!
This home went far beyond our expectations. It is very spacious and offers plenty of room for 10 people. Kitchen is fully stocked. Has a deck with grill and spacious backyard. Best part, is that it's right on the lake with terrific views. This property also has privacy and is super close to wine trails. On the off chance that anything else is ever needed, town of Geneva is super close, about 10 minute drive. Only downfall was no central AC but it was barely noticeable. The lake offers a cool breeze and there is a portable AC unit upstairs that keeps the bedrooms cool. Lastly, the owners of the home are very easy going and always available for any questions or assistance. I definitely plan on coming back!

it is a beautiful property and the house is lovely.......we appreciated the experience
Tony sorry but a 10 bed house in our case 9 people (older) with only one bathroom absolutely did not work---I didn't even think to check as it didn't seem possible there would be only one bathroom for that size house. As an aside we like to keep the house colder and use comforters at night--those little tiny throw blankets did not work either. Also there was a lack of paper products and hand soap-- Buzzy your neighbor was a lacrosse player with Stockton and told us about the history of the property and you guys as lovely people---I hope this is helpful. Overall very great! With a few minor cons
The house, view, sleeping arrangements, decor, dock were all amazing. Only a few cons that didn’t interrupt our trip at all but worth mentioning. If you have a large party, there is only one bathroom even though the house sleeps 14-16 people. We had a large group and it was a challenge for us (my fault for not reading bathroom numbers when booking). The house runs on a septic system which I’m assuming is the reason for the one bathroom but something to consider if you have a big group. There’s no air conditioning on the bottom floor and one AC unit in a room upstairs. Our first day there was extremely humid and it was very uncomfortable. Fortunately the weather changed pretty quickly in September for it to be comfortable the rest of the day. Something to consider if you’re booking during warm weather. There was a mouse in the kitchen. Most of us are country people so we’re used to it but some of us weren’t which was a little off putting for them. In the end we named him Stuart Little and it was somewhat of a joke for the trip. It seemed as though they were aware of the mouse situation though because I saw traps in the laundry area.

Long Weekend - perfect location
perfect place to stay! There were 7 of us, it was easy to get to the wineries on Seneca Lake. The view of the lake, the dock with glider and the chairs around the firepit made the trip, we spent a lot of time outback enjoying the view. The rooms were cozy. The house was very comfortable to hang out in, we didn’t even use all the rooms to sit in, there is a great amount of space. The kitchen is perfect set up and the 2nd fridge space really helped. Overall, great trip with friends.

Girls’ Weekend
We have been friends since high school who live in various places across the US. We get together every year in a different location for a girls’ weekend. We had a great time and the home was perfect for our group. It was well appointed, comfortable and in a beautiful location. I highly recommend it.

Great place on Seneca Lake
We enjoyed our time staying at this property. It was a great place for our family to be together on the lake. The lakefront and yard are perfect! A really nice perk is the short walk across the street to SMOKIN PETES BBQ.

Vacation at the lake
The house was lovely and very clean. My only concern was that the owners should consider having an exterminator address the hornets on the deck area. We traveled with little ones and I was nervous to have them outside.

Wine Weekend!!
The inside of the property was very clean, comfortable and relaxed! Loved the location, situated between Geneva and Watkins Glen equally as well as a large number of wineries within close proximity. The kitchen was well supplied with equipment. It was calming listening to the waves in the morning and building a fire by the water at night!! There is no whole house air which was comfortable downstairs but 2 of the upstairs bedrooms need A/C. I would recommend that the porch area be cleaned up prior to check in. There were spider webs and debris making it uncomfortable to enjoy until we clean the area some. Expected some since it was outside and near the lake but it did need some attention. Watch out for the wasp and hornet nests around the deck for those who are highly allergic. All in all we had a great girls weekend, had a blast and would not hesitate to rent again.

Beautiful Views and Very Accessible
A wonderful weekend with friends, with exceptional morning sunrise views. The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable and was only 10 min away from downtown Geneva, with easy access to wineries and hiking trails.

Beautiful lakefront getaway
We had a wonderful time at the property. The home was clean, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, and the waterfront was heavenly. The dock was amazing. We hooked up our jetski and had the time of our lives. There’s a marina right down the road and it was very easy to launch from. The property also had a kayak, canoe, and a paddle boat. Unfortunately, we had a storm on Wednesday and a huge limb from the weeping willow tree fell down and took out a chunk of the waterfront and all of the water toys. It made it unsafe for us the use the water with our littles for the last two days of the trip, which was a bummer. The owner came out on Saturday to attend to the tree, but sadly we had already left. I wish it could have been tended to sooner, but it was the middle of the week, so it’s understandable. I highly recommend this property. It’s a wonderful location - 10 minutes from amazing places to eat and shopping. Just hoping you have better weather than we did!
