There is a noise alert device in this unit which alerts management/security when a certain decibel reading is met. You will then be notified of the rule violation. This device does not record conversations just how loud it gets in the unit. It is set to alert between 10p-8a.

Lake Erie Vistas Rules and Regulations
Effective May 31, 2019
Rule #1 Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No behavior that is an unreasonable nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to other occupants will be tolerated.
Rule #2 Basket Carts and Hand Trucks (which are convertible to flat dolly) are provided for your convenience. Immediately after use, please return the carts/hand trucks to their original place next to the elevator in the lobby so that they will be available to other renters and unit owners.
Rule #3 Bikes may not be parked in the hallways but must be parked in outside bike racks or in condominium units.
Rule #4 No items shall be thrown from balconies. Due to falling risk, no items shall be hung or laid on balcony rails.
Rule #5 Each condominium is permitted to use no more than two parking spaces during peak season (from May 1 to Sept 30). Each vehicle must fit in a single parking space. Jet ski trailers, boat trailers, etc. must fit within a single parking space and be included within the two-space maximum per condominium. All spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Only non-commercial vehicles are permitted to park overnight.
Rule #6 Smoking within common areas inside of the building is prohibited. If smoking outside the building, you must provide your own ashtrays or other appropriate means of disposing of cigarette butts.
Rule #7 Under no circumstance should trash be left outside of unit door; make sure all trash is bagged, tied, and placed inside the dumpster. Posted trash rules must be followed.
Rule #8 Posted Beach rules must be followed.
For your safety:
*No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk - beware of strong undertow.
*Do not climb or jump on pier or break walls.
*No glass of any kind allowed in the beach area. Plastic containers or cans only.
*The lake is dangerous and can be lethal - please respect it.
Please respect our investment and be considerate of others:
*Wash all sand from yourself, and children and beach toys at the beach wash station.
*Clean up trash when leaving beach.
*Do not leave beach chairs in water. Return them to beach near south rocks.
*Respect our neighborhood property. LEV property line ends at rocks on both sides.
Rule #9 Posted Pool Rules must be followed.
For your safety:
*No lifeguard on duty swim at own risk.
*No unsupervised swimming.
*No diving. Diving may result in permanent injury or death.
*No running, jumping, dunking or horseplay in or around the pool
*No glass in pool area.
*Tight fitting rubber pants over diapers or swim diapers are required on persons using the pool who are incontinent and/or not toilet trained.
Rule #10 HOA provided grills and fire pits cannot be moved from the designated locations. Fires must be extinguished after use. HOA provided grills must be wiped down after use. Only electric grills and heaters permitted on balconies and patios.
