"Very comfortable basement apartment with full bath, queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, couch, etc. We had our own separate entrance and daylight windows with lots of light. The bed was comfortable and we had great communication with the owner. Conveniently located in Victor, which worked well for us in town for a Victor/Mendon wedding."

"The house was very nice. Bed very comfortable. Clean and well kept. Nice neighborhood and literally less than 5 minutes to the letchworth park. There was a lot of literature as well about the whole area. We have stayed in many vrbos from ny to key west to Tennessee and beyond, this one did not disappoint at all. Would recommend anyone to stay there. The host was great as well. That is huge!!! "

"I honestly was looking so forward to getting away. She makes it sound so amazing in the overview. While the cabin is pretty much as pictured, the pond and property are not. There is goose poop everywhere the grass is overgrown. I should have known when i got an email the day of telling me now i have to bring my own propane tank.i asked her if it was completely secluded quickly after booking. "It is a beautiful home with plenty of space for adult children to come and visit. Kitchen is a little lacking in cooking utensils (no cookie sheet) and there was a bit of a problem with some ants on the counter the last morning, but nothing is perfect. Had an issue with the heat being on and not AC. Called the owner and it was delt with immediately! I would recommend this place!"

"My wife and I loved our time in this hidden gem. The garden, feilds, and pool were an amazing oasis. The host was responsive and accomodating. The inside is so cozy, and the beds are amazing comfortable. Plus the location near Rochester gave us access to friends as well as things we wanted to do. Food options are minimal, and the kitchenette doesn't have plates or cups, but as long as you bring the food you want you're all set to go!"
