"My wife an I stayed here for one night while attending a concert across the river at Vibrant Arena. Immaculate property with modern loft feeling. While we were actually in the unit for less than 12 hours total, we did enjoy our stay. However, I would be hesitant not to mention 3 items that should be clarified further in the listing: 1) Parking instructions weren't given until day before the booking. Turns out there are only 5 stalls adjacent to the building and they are first come, first...

"This is a duplex. Owner lives upstairs & is very attentive and available via text/phone. The place is old - as are all of the houses in the Bridge District - but nice enough. There were essentials missing in my opinion: toilet paper, toaster or toaster oven. Otherwise we were comfortable & it was nice to be on the ground floor with a yard."
