"The home was exactly as pictured online. It was immaculately clean and owner was very responsive, even reaching out to us to simply make sure we were comfortable. There are areas to be together as a large group in the house and the layout also provides plenty of privacy with 8 separate bedrooms. We had an amazing stay and will definitely stay here again next year."

We arrived, dropped our items off, checked out the space, then headed to the marina/beach area. Once we arrived we received an urgent phone call and had to immediately grab our items and return home. "Perfect place for our family weekend getaway to the lake. The house was very clean and so cute. Only a short 10 minute drive to Lees Ford marina to pick up our boat. The house was super cozy and we loved it. There is no gas grill as pictured but we were able to go 5 minutes down the road to the family dollar and buy a charcoal grill. We will definitely be booking again!"

"We had a great time at the resort and exploring Kentucky/Tennessee. There was 3 pools in the area so my kids got to go to a different one every night! Roasted hotdogs and s’mores almost every night, and relaxed in the hot tub. At first the resort seemed tricky navigating though the curving hills to get to it, but we figured it all very quickly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great getaway!"

"We wanted something away from the hustle and bustle and we got just that! Cell signal is almost non-existent unless you are on wifi-calling at the house. We stayed with our children, along with our friends and their children and the house fit all 8 of us just right. We enjoyed morning walks while exploring the area.
