Welcome to this luxury home in an undisturbed location a short distance from the city, Genarp. This beautiful house close to the forest with its own rowing boat invites you to wonderful vacations with fishing adventures. In the large kitchen common magic is on the program. The child-friendly house is stylishly furnished with attention to detail. Many cozy corners as cozy relaxation spots for the whole family. The long solid wood table under the chandeliers is a great place to host fun game nights with refreshments and snacks. Make yourself comfortable in the garden furniture on the jetty and enjoy fresh strawberries and lemonade or cocktails. Walk the few steps to the lake and try your luck at fishing.

Explore the Häckeberga Nature Reserve, which beckons with unique experiences. Don't miss Häckeberga Castle and Svaneholm Castle. Golf enthusiasts can head to Rommelåsens Golf Club. Take day trips to Lund and Ystad.
