"You couldn’t find a more beautiful location! Only downside is when taking luggage it’s a long haul of up and down hills with great inclines. The elevator from the parking lot was out of service……climbing over 40 stairs straight up carrying luggage was quite the job. Then another 10 minute walk up hill to the hotel. Once there it was well worth it! Views stunning choices of restaurants and stores were amazing and the views unreal "

"We only stayed one night as we were driving through Tuscany. We had an electric car, which was a big mistake! We had a very hard time trying to find places to charge it. Cristina at the front desk was so apologetic and helpful and trying to find a solution. I really appreciated that! The hotel is in a beautiful setting near the beach. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful to us. I would love to come back again and stay for a longer time. It looks like a very fun place to spend a holiday, relaxing!"

"We stayed one night while walking the Via Francigena trail. The hotel is located in a perfect spot right in the middle of the main square in beautiful San Gimignano. You are near all.the restaurants, shops and attractions bu it was still very quiet at night. The staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was great offering lots of variety. We would definitely recommend this hotel."
