The entire apartment is equipped with high-quality laminate flooring. Underfloor heating in the bathroom provides a cozy warm living atmosphere in the cooler season. The attractive apartment is a cozy retreat and haven of peace with a large south-facing balcony. Garden furniture is available here, so you can start the day with an outdoor breakfast.
