"１１月に３泊しました。最高のロケーション 、新しくてキレイ。ベッドも良質でした。 アルテマイスターもレジデンス城も歩いて行けます。同建物の1階にスーパーあり食材に困らない。モールビルもトラム駅も向かい、歩いて１分とかからない。空調、シャワーも快適。商業地区の真ん中ですが、非常に静かでした。 現地で受発信できるスマホは必須。英語設定で使っていますが、ドイツ語、英語ができれば何も困らないでしょう。（日本語しかわからないとエントランス、入室のセキュリティで難渋するかも）食器、ネスプレッソ、トースター、湯沸かし、電磁調理器、オーブンあり。ただし電子レンジはありませんでした。また来ることがあればリピートしたいです。"

"Alles wunderbar! Super liebe Gastgeber, liebevolle und detaillierte Einrichtung. Man merkt wie viel Mühe sich Familie Fischer gibt, um einen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Sehr zu empfehlen, auch das Frühstücksangebot sollte man mitnehmen. Nur ein Auto sollte man haben, dann ist ein unvergesslicher Urlaub garantiert!"

"2回目の滞在。部屋は質素そのものだが必要十分であり、他と比べると料金も納得。室内にキッチンがあり、地下室には洗濯機もあるので2週間の滞在に最適だと思い選択した。現地スタッフはおらず、すべてオンラインでのやり取りだったが、特に支障はなかった。地下の洗濯機室の鍵をリクエストしておくと良い。 今回に限ってだと思うが、建物入口ドアのオートロックが故障(素通り)。エレベーターが2度故障(ただし翌日には復旧)。ドイツならではな感じで、この程度の不自由を楽しめるくらいのゆとりが持てると良い。"

"Wir hatten eine echt tolle Wochen im Schloss. Die Fotos entsprechen zu 100 % dem Objekt. Die Wohnung ist riesig und verteilt sich über 2 Stochwerke. Alle Zimmer sind toll hergerichtet. Die Betten, hatten mit den Matratzen eine super Schlafqualität. Die Wanderspots liegen 15 Minuten vom Objekt entfernt. Sehr Empfehlenswert. "

"Excellent stay! Short tram ride into the hustle and bustle of Dresden. Perfect place for two people (or even three if one wants to sleep on the couch) and the neighborhood was lovely. We love to walk, so it was also easy to take the mile or so walk to the park and enter the City that way. Instructions to check in out wee detailed and easy. Thanks for a fantastic stay!"

"This was located in a superb spot in Dresden. The host was really kind and accommodating. They met us upon our arrival to go over the house rules and show us the features of the apartment. We stayed with our 80kg Great Dane and 3 children. There were basically 6 people staying here and there was PLENTY of room. I highly recommend staying at this location."

"What a great stay! The Staff Amazing, (Thanks Udo) for all the information and recommendations. We normally don’t do breakfast let alone a buffet but buffet at their sister property is a do not miss! Make sure you ask for Eggs Benedict wonderful. A washer in the unit was wonderful, let staff know and they will bring you a drying rack. Location is perfect, close to sites and a moderate walk from the HBF. You won’t be disappointed thanks Udo for a great stay. "
