"This is a beautiful hotel with beautiful views and a great location. The owner and staff are wonderful and accommodating. We arrived in the heat of August and our first room would not cool down. The owner moved us to another room with a better air conditioner fairly quickly and was so kind. Breakfast was wonderful - one of the best we had in Italy! "Beautiful property with fantastic pool! Great check in with Front of house- Valentina. Lovely 2km walk into the closest town along the Tuscan Hills. Valentina was by far the best customer service experience! Organised dinner reservations for us, drove us into dinner. Organised taxis and all other requests. She went above and beyond! Only improvements would be to have access to an iron/ironing board and to offer bike hire."
