Yogyakarta (/ˌjɒɡjəˈkɑrtə/ or /ˌjoʊɡjəˈkɑrtə/; also Jogja, Jogjakarta) a city and the capital of Yogyakarta Special Region in Java, Indonesia. It is renowned as a center of education (Kota Pelajar), classical Javanese fine art and culture such as batik, ballet, drama, music, poetry, and puppet shows. Yogyakarta was the Indonesian capital during the Indonesian National Revolution from 1945 to 1949. One of the districts in Yogyakarta, Kotagede, was the capital of the Mataram Sultanate between 1575 and 1640. The city is named after the Indian city of Ayodhya from the Ramayana epic. Yogya means "suitable, fit, proper", and karta, "prosperous, flourishing" (i.e., "a city that is fit to prosper").

The Dutch name of the city is Djokjakarta.

"This is my first time staying here and I had an amazing stay. The hotel is huge and the view is beautiful. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially Yulio. He was really kind, showed us around, and explained all the hotel facilities. They also gave a free photography session and one framed. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again if I go to Lampung"

"This is a newly built hotel. However, activity is limited at this hotel. The pool is closing early daily (6 pm). The cafe/ rooftop restaurant has not been completed therefore it's not in operation at the time of our stay. The view of the Bay Area is pretty good from the 22nd floor where we stayed. This pproperty is located in the city center, it is very convenient to move around the city from the hotel. ATM is available within the building. Rooms are clean, modern and well-lit. Air conditioning is nicely designed and cools the room well in a very short time. Noise insulation can be improved, we could hear someone's next-room conversation from our room."
