"Very comfy bed, which is the main thing, but the bathroom was tiny, which makes the toilet awkward to use."

"Friendly and welcoming staff. The air in the room was very poor. CO2 levels on 1800-2200 if we didn't open the window. The ventilation just circulated the air. Had to sleep with the window open to get the co2 down and made the room cold and damp due to the February weather. "

"Breakfast was lovely and tasty. Pillows in room were terrible and flat. Not enough milk in room , carpet in room heavily stained but the hardest thing espically if not good at walking far is there is no lift and alot of stairs. The gardens are beautiful and spring bulbs just appearing. Nice stay overall "

"We had a lovely stay thank you, i brought my daughter and son for a birthday treat for my saughters birthday, the receptionist was very lovely and polite. We enjoyed the use of the leisure facilities and had a lovely meal followed by a hot chocolate in the bar. Our room was nice and clean with all the aminities we needed."

"It was good for parking, location for where I was goinf etc the only problem, which I don't like to complain about but it does need to get sorted is my bathroom drains had very bad smells coming out of them so closed door and opened window. I should have asked to move rooms though as it wasn't pleasant"

"It was great! The staff were nice and approachable. They upgraded our room when I requested a closer room to the entrance as I am 30 weeks pregnant. The spa and pool were amazing as well. We enjoyed it. We'll be back again. "
