I was told that an email was sent to me on directions for pickup - never saw email and no instructions regarding this on Expedia. Waited over an hour for someone to come with the key. Apartment clean and not bad, but bed was incredible uncomfortable and ended up sleeping on couch. "

"Lovely apartment only complaint would be the distance from the apartment to check-in/check out, not really a problem in a car, but if your walking it’s a bit far, a coded lock box with the key in it would be a better process."

Unfortunately, it was one hell of a night and a day with maintenance people come and go, ending with the situation that the entire SeaTower did not have any electricity. However I asked to the bar area to work between meetings but was the told the “boss was having a meeting”, there was enough space for me to work and for them to have their meeting, not very customer focused. The room was great but the need to invest in my need blackout curtains as I was awoken at 4:30am when the sun came up. "
