In the immediate vicinity there are numerous stores and services (1.3 km - a shopping mall with stores, restaurants, pharmacies and other service establishments). The location of the property provides convenient access to the city center (about 8.5 km) and comfortable space in a green environment. The center can be reached by car in 20-25 minutes, public transportation is an alternative. Music fans will appreciate the fact that the apartment is only 3 km from the Opener music festival venue.

Comfortable, fully equipped apartment of 39 m² can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It is both ideal for a family getaway and for a group of friends! In addition, guests can enjoy their morning coffee on the private balcony. The spacious living area has a comfortable double sofa bed for sleeping, while the bedroom has a double bed. Multimedia includes a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The functional layout of the rooms and comprehensive kitchen and bathroom amenities guarantee a comfortable stay.
