The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located near the center in a very convenient location at Mikołaja Kopernika Street in the Wzgórze Św district. Maximilian in Gdynia. The Seaside Boulevard, which leads to Gdynia Śródmieście Beach and Kościuszko Square, can be reached on foot through the new Central Park, 400 meters away, in less than 15 minutes. To rest, we can go to the nearby Polanka Redłowska (1500 m), which offers numerous walking paths and designated places for picnics and barbecues. The Wild Redłowo Beach is located right next to it. Hill of St. Maksymiliana has direct access to the sea and is close to the center, which makes it possible to reach many places in Śródmieście on foot. The apartment is only 1000 m from the Riviera Shopping Centre. Everyday shopping will be facilitated by the proximity of Rossmann, Biedronka, Carrefour and Żabka, which is open even on Sundays. The well-developed road infrastructure ensures quick access to the center of Gdynia, as well as Gdańsk and Sopot. St. George's Hill Maksymilian is one of the most child-friendly districts. For the youngest, just 350 m from the apartment, there is the Amazonia Playground, and the Góra Harców Rope Park can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The district has many nurseries, kindergartens, primary schools, as well as high schools and universities (Higher School of Administration only 900 m, WSB Merito University 1400 m, University of Social Communication 1700 m).
