"The hotel itself is really nice. The pool and sauna area is fab. Frustrating that a baby class is in the water and the parents leave all their changing items on the beds as a dumping area, which is limited so there was lack of beds for people actually using them. It was the same same at other times, more beds/seats needed. Room was clean and pretty standard, was comfortable. Cleaned daily/towels replaced. Check in was friendly and explained everything. 10 minute walk to the centre (£3)...

"This location is in very convenient location. Super close to the center of Old Town, shopping boutiques and tons of restaurants. Property is dog friendly and security guard is there if you need any help. That was my first visit in this beautiful town and will be returning again for sure. Recommend."

"Very underwhelming service. Not able to change 2 weeks ahead of the stay date. I made booking on a wrong day via Expedia portal. The date defaulted on a portal two weeks ahead. I have noticed my error as soon as I received email confirmation and the staff wouldn’t answer my calls nor messages to change the booking, even though it was 2-weeks ahead. Shocking service in a good looking hotel."

"When we arrived to our rooms, the ceiling in one of the rooms was leaking. It took a while to get new rooms and no one seemed to be in a rush to help. It was very frustrating especially after a long day of travel. Our new rooms weren't on the same floor or together as we hoped but we made it work. Otherwise we had a nice stay. The hotel is nice inside. The bathrooms look a little dated but clean. Two elevators qoek slow and dont feel enough for this hotel so be patient. Being so close to the...
