"This little hotel is situated directly in the old city center, just a few steps from the castle. Every other part of the city is easily accessible on foot or by public transport. Because of the narrow streets, the hotel's surroundings are exceptionally calm, which makes it a peaceful spot to rest and relax. The Turkish breakfast here is exceptionally good and the people who run this place are very friendly and helpful. "

Overall the service was welcoming but the room was tighter than seen in the picture and just an ordinary room without anything. "The hotel is in a non-descript area. Very limited dining options within 15-20 minutes walking distance. The worst thing was that 4 out of 5 floors of the hotel are designated as smoking, and the rooms smell pretty badly (we had 2 rooms and they smelled just the same)."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and quite clean as well as nicely decorated. We were on the top floor so unfortunately there were slats on the windows that blocked a lot of the natural light during the evening but mid day it was still plentiful. Very close to the castle (quite literally across the street) and a 10 or so minute walk to the Bakırcılar çarşısı. Which was great. It’s also very close to the hamam museum and the culinary museum which made placement ideal....
