I did not like that my suite had a shared balcony; so the staff found me another room with 2 private balconies. The staff is great and super responsive. The only 2 downsides were that the car park was more like an abandoned quarry with a large digger in, so only enough room to park for several cars, and the lots either side of the hotel were building sites which you couldn’t see from any pictures online.
