Private: property 7'000 m2 with trees, meadow, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (9 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. 50 m long motor access (via unmade road). Stepped path (6 steps) to the house. Roofed, parking on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 1.7 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Follonica" 22 km, ferry "Piombino" 50 km, sandy beach 20 km. Marina 16 km, golf course (18 hole) 29 km.
