Upon arrival, we found two out of three air conditioners broken with temperatures reaching 38°C. Three of the 20 beds were just living room sofas in a room without curtains. The houses and kitchenware were dirty, and we had to gather utilities from all three kitchens to cook a meal. "We had a party of 10, aged from 27 to 88. The setting was just perfect. The amenities are good, the villa I would decribe as rustic. For us the pool area was perfect. We took some Bluetooth speakers for some music. The Belvedere Restaraunt is 500 metres away and also has a great outlook and good food as reasonable prices. A car is essential, we only had one, which was enough for us. We all loved it, without exception."

Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"

"Isabella is a wonderful host and her on-site caretaker was extremely helpful. The house and property are huge but unfortunately all the pictures on VRBO were taken over 20 years ago. The kitchen is not a working kitchen and many repairs need to be done. However, the area is restful and there are wonderful restaurants nearby."

There are multiple train stations near the area my family used to go into downtown Rome to enjoy the sites.
