"Check in was kind of wonky. They don't accept euro coins as payment for local taxes but take euro paper. Which is kind of confusing since it was only 4 euro to pay the local taxes I didn't have local currency in a low enough denomination to pay so I had to wait an extended period of time to have them get me change for 200 dirhams. The check-in person which I don't know his name because they did not have a name-tag or give a proper introduction was egotistical and condescending. Which is not good...

"Friendly and helpful service. Lovely simple room and very nice restaurant with music. Great valet parking service. The location is ok - it is quite far to walk to the corniche. But some nice spots and neighborhoods nearby. "

"When we checked in, the hotel room had a weird smell coming from the bathroom. It lingered for days but we still don't know where it came from. We were out one day and we came back to the room unlocked, the housekeeping cart in the living room, the windows open but no one was in. This was rather disconcerting as we had our bags in our room. We had to call the front desk to tell them what happened. The next day, we went out again and came back with the room cleaned but the windows were left wide...

"Receptionist made me pay for breakfast though my booking is for B&B. Two of the desk staff have attitude and very rude. They also talk about the guests at their back in arabic....assuming no one can understand. They also chagred my stay on my card though it was paid online at the end they refunded the amount in cash..."
