Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. "The hotel is very close to the Pilani gondola. An easy walk even in all your ski gear and carrying your equipment. It is also very near to other restaurants and bars and only a few minutes walk to shopping. We found it very easy to get around the town without transportation and had a fantastic stay. "Nice place with friendly staff. The lack of AC on hot days was only mitigated by a fan. The parking was difficult , but they were very accommodating for an old driver with the best spot. The nature around and the lake are spectacular and I highly recommend it for a vacation. "
