LIVING AREA

Serving as the social hub of the condo, the open living room features a comfy sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and two sitting chairs. There’s plenty of space to kick back and watch your favorite shows on the 36” flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up tasty meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Modern stainless steel appliances shine and ample granite countertops provide plenty of space to prep meals.

The dining table seats six, and three additional seats are available at the breakfast bar.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Sleep soundly on a king bed in the master bedroom. This room also comes with a flat-screen TV and a private balcony with a coffee table and seating for two. Enjoy the luxury of a jetted tub and a double vanity in the open en-suite bathroom, which also includes a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom features two full-size beds and a flat-screen TV. A guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Firefly adventure
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Gatlinburg. Love staying at Summit Manor. We have stayed there several times and all the units we have been in were very nice and clean. Enjoyed hiking to Rainbow Falls, Ober Gatlinburg, Dollywood and eating at all the awesome restaurants. Will certainly plan our next trip at Summit Manor. The convenience to downtown is great.

Fantastic condo
The condo was very spacious! Had a nice full size kitchen. The master bedroom with the jacuzzi tub was the highlight of my stay!!! Its on a hige hill but there is a elevator by the pool that takes you down to ground level without having to kill your back and legs on a steep hill!

Great condo and location.
We loved the location and convenience to downtown Gatlinburg. The condo is spacious, with plenty of room for 5 people. The reason for 4 stars... the night we arrived, the door code didn’t work. It took about 30 minutes before rental company answered my call to get us inside.

Easy access to park as well! I did hit it for one star on cleanliness, because some popcorn from the previous guest had been left on the couch and under the loveseat. Bathrooms/kitchen/everything else was totally appropriate!

Nice location, but........
Summit Manor is just off the Parkway. Thus, it is convenient. I stayed here two years ago in a different unit. I did not have the experience last time, but every morning about 5:30 a.m., the garbage truck comes and empties the trash. All you hear is beep, beep, beep, and the garbage containers being slammed to the ground, and I do mean slammed. You can literally feel it in the unit. So, if you do not like being wakened before the roosters, pick another place. In addition, Summit Manor is mostly surrounded by commercial buildings, and guess what? Their garbage gets picked up in the middle of the night too. So, more, beep, beep, beep. Now, as far as the unit itself, it was clean upon arrival. As you can see from the photos, none of the furniture matches. It looks like somebody shopped at Salvation Army. Is it functional? Yeah. Was I expecting House Beautiful? No. The paper towels and toilet paper were Dollar Store quality. Clearly, the owners are doing everything to maximize revenue. Its a rental unit. I get it. Just temper your expectations if you stay here.

Just like the pictures!!!
Great place. Looks exactly like it does in the pictures which is rare! Very clean. Nice layout. Amenities are perfect. We were in town for a basketball tournament. Gatlinburg was so packed with people and no masks. Not sure why. Glad we had a nice place to relax!! It’s so much better than a hotel and within walking distance to anything you need. FYI you can do an online grocery order and they deliver here. Made it even easier. Thank you so much for everything.

The location of the condo is great, the communications with the management company were great. The setup of the condo is great and accurate with the pictures. It was quite, the beds were comfortable and parking was easy. Location was AWESOME. The only downfalls to my family: 1) Need tissues in the condo; it is equip with all the other essentials (shampoo, soap, dish soap, sponge, laundry soap). Please add tissues to your list. 2) While there is wireless internet, it is DSL. This was so slow we just used our mobile data. 3) I initially thought the cleaners did a great job, but there was a bit of dust in the condo that could have been cleaned better.

Great location!
Condo was clean & very close to strip. Condo was very roomy & balcony has a great view. My only complaint would be the digital door lock. The code didn't work when we checked in so I had to call to get in. The next day we were given a new code that only worked for 1 day. Then I had to call again the last night because we were locked out again. They were helpful & always managed to get us in but it was kind of a pain to have to call multiple times. We also ran into 3 bears one night when we were returning late. Very scary but it was kind of cool!

Called and let property management know our ac was not working and the cleaning people did not clean at all as soon as we arrived. The place never got cleaned and the ac repair guy did not show up until our last night there after 9pm. We called multiple times and was given the run around and was told someone would show up shortly every time we called. Was hung up on multiple times. Beds were horrible and hard as a rock. No signs to let people know that theirs an elevator to take to the strip and we ended walking up and down the big hill because lack of signs. Pathway for elevator is behind pool area.

The beautiful balcony with the stunning trees, smoke and nature! God's greatness infolded. Was exhilarating having morning coffee and an evening glass of 🍷 vino!! O.k., maybe 2 or 3!

Back to school get away

Great location
Since parking spaces in Gatlinburg are at a premium, it was great to be able to walk most of the places that we wanted to go. Our room had a wonderful view of the mountain. The elevator to the street was a great convenience.
