The Neighborhood:
This condo is located within walking distance of the Gatlinburg Parkway! It is in the Laurel Inn Condos! There is a back set set of steps down near the pool that leads you straight into downtown Gatlinburg, TN! You can also go out front the condos and take a sidewalk all the way into downtown! It's about .3 miles to the middle of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! The location is tremendous!

Getting Around:
All paved roads to the condo. We recommend 4x4 wheel drive at any condo in Gatlinburg and/or the mountains as well as this one. It's easy to reach the condo and in downtown Gatlinburg, TN! You can walk into downtown Gatlinburg, TN which saves you a good bit of money on parking!

Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 or older to book this condo.

This condo sleeps 4 guests maximum.

We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way to it and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area. This condo is located in downtown Gatlinburg, TN and within walking distance to the Parkway.

Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather.

Coffee maker is a regular coffee maker and keurig. (bring coffee)

The condo is located on the 2nd floor which is right off the parking lot. There is an elevator in the complex.

Laundry facilities are pay facilities located on the 1st floor of the condo complex.

The outdoor pool usually opens around Memorial Day each year give or take. The outdoor pool usually closes at the end of August each year give or take. These dates are subject to change at any time and out of our control as they are controlled by the HOA. Any necessary maintenance work is out of our control, too, and controlled by the HOA with no notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Bears and other wildlife are common in the area. Do not feed bears or any type of wildlife and keep your belongings secured and vehicle doors locked at all times. Bears and wildlife are very protected in this area. Do not feed or bother bears or wildlife, at any time, during your stay. Thank you greatly for your understanding with this.

Perfect, gorgeous condo for my husband & I to get away for the weekend. Beautifully decorated and up to scale. Great location, The walk to downtown is less than 10 minutes if you walk the back way by the pool and through the fire dept. parking lot. We enjoyed our stay and will return in the future!

Perfect for a weekend stay
My fiance and I rented this place for a nice weekend getaway and loved it! This is a cute little modern condo with cute rustic decor. It's comfy and accessible! Just enough space for 2, and within walking distance to the main strip- maybe a 10 min walk. Easy peasy check in and out, and the communication from the hosts was enough to know they were accessible but not overbearing! I would definitely stay here again :)

Great short stay
We stayed two nights and they were lovely! The property has a great location, it is a close walk to downtown and a short drive to the Great Smokey Mountains. Communication was friendly and with clear instrucciones. If your party is more than two, I would recommend bringing a couple extra towels but other than that everything was excellent.

We had a great time in Gatlinburg and at this property - suited our needs just fine. It was clean and actually was better in person than in the pictures. If I may offer two minor suggestions: more hooks in bathroom for towels and another light in the bedroom. Besides that - it was great!

Adorable Condo!
This is the cutest condo we have ever stayed in! The wood walls and ceilings, make it feel much more like a cabin, than a condo. It’s centrally located, and was very clean!

This condo is exactly as described! So cute and cozy. Nice view of the mountain and downtown lights. A few blocks walk to downtown but the stairs can be quite steep. Overall a great stay!

This property was very easy to check in and out. It was extremely clean. Cleanest place I have ever stayed. The only drawback was the shower was very outdated. The whole place with the exception of the shower looked brand new. It was a very quick walk to downtown but far enough away not to hear the noise of downtown. We enjoyed our stay.

The overall stay was good. The condo was clean and things were accessible inside as well. We would have liked more towels instead of having to wash some to get clean ones. Also, they need a new updated shower head and a better latch for the balcony. Other than those few items our stay was good.

Great weekend getaway!
This unit was perfect for our weekend stay. Close to downtown Gatlinburg. There is a set of stairs that lead down to the strip. However, the walk back can be tiring, as it is uphill. It may not be easy for little ones to make the walk back. The unit was spotless and we loved the setup! Great host with nice extra touches!

Cozy&Quiet yet Close to Downtown Gatlinburg Condo
We were happy to find that pets were not allowed...that means cleanliness in my opinion. That is exactly what we found. Super clean, well-appointed, nice balcony and view. Easy checkin, on time.I would recommend taking the stairs outback to cut across a parking lot to get to the Gatlinburg strip. Also very convenient to Pigeon Forge and Great Smoky Mountain NP entrances to Cades Cove, Newfound Gap Road and Roaring Fork Motorway. Extremely comfortable bed, nice functional kitchen, not 1, but two TVs with cable. Very prompt and timely communications with gracious host before, during and after our stay. Would highly recommend if you are looking to get away for a peaceful time but yet within walking distance to excellent dining and entertainment.
