Mountain Hideaway offers a unique design, that gives a "Mountain Feel" with a fantastic view of The Great Smoky Mountains.
The cabin flows with comfort and has a very modern but homey decor. While the location is in Big Ridge Resort, it is very quite and peaceful with a wooded surrounding. Relax in the oversized hot tub under covered lighted deck as you view the gorgeous mountains. Resort pool available for summer days!

Conveniently located only a couple minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, 15 minutes from the National Park and about 15 to 20 minutes from popular Dollywood and Pigeon Forge.

Whether you are a couple looking for a quite getaway, a small family looking for nice cabin convenient to everything or small group of friends exploring our area this cabin will not disappoint.

The cabin is fully equipped with fully stocked kitchen, all linens and towels, great wifi service, Spectrum cable tv, full laundry room with washer and dryer, relaxing hot tub under covered and lighted deck, ample parking for up to 3 vehicles, wood burning fireplace (seasonal) and great cell reception.

As the owner, I thoroughly enjoy time spent at little gem and so will you!

Great views and convenient location
Great views from the deck. Owner communication was great and easy check-in. Had trouble with a shower door coming off the track. One shower did not have hot water. Not enough exterior lighting to see well getting up the stairs to the cabin door after dark. Couldn't get the tv in the main living area to work.

Awesome Mountain View spot!
This was a perfect spot for our girls trip. First of all the view from the deck/hot tub was amazingggggg. Things were mostly clean, though definitely an older cabin. Fit 4 adults easily. It was perfect distance from downtown Gatlinburg. If you’re looking for a getaway that give the full Gatlinburg experience for a price that’s manageable this is your spot!

This place has a spectacular view! Quiet and peaceful. There are neighbors but you don't see them from your window or deck. So you feel secluded and private. Very clean. Daniel was very attentive and responsive. Definitely will be a place we will choose for next time. Highly recommend

Stunningly Gorgeous in Every Way and Convenient to National Park
The cabin is more beautiful than the photos can convey! Views of the forest and mountains are truly gorgeous.The immaculately clean cabin is well furnished and instantly welcoming. It sits in a forested area just a few minutes from bustling Gatlinburg and a short drive to the trails and waterfalls of the National Park. We had a wonderful time hiking each day and then returning to enjoy the views from the rocking chairs on the deck! The host is incomparable; a great communicator both by phone and through informative emails. His response time was immediate. We wish we had stayed longer!!

Location is unbeatable. The place is clean, had W/D, hot tub, anything you might need. Owner communication is wonderful. The only con is that the main pain is quite soft and uncomfortable - you end up on top of each other in the middle by morning. This is truly a mountain hideaway and we plan to return each year

We stayed the weekend of the Jeep Invasion and had a great time. The cabin was very clean and supplied with everything needed for our stay. The view is amazing and great location. Summer vacation
The property is in the best location. The views everyday were absolutely perfect. You could sit in the hot tub on the porch and see the mountains across the way. The inside there was the perfect mountain feel. It had everything you need to cook and clean while you were there. They left you just enough laundry soap for to do a few load, which was perfect with having 3 kids. The owner was very quick to response with my few silly questions I had. I felt bad bothering him over a holiday weekend but he was right there to answer. I would definitely recommend this unit to friends in the future.

More than what I expected!😍
We absolutely loved our stay here! Only a few hiccups such as no hot water in the master bedroom shower, I just used the other bathroom shower, and not much water pressure in the kitchen sink! Other than that, the place was absolutely adorable and very clean and the mountain view from the deck and living room windows was to die for!😍 I would definitely stay here again! Some of the roads leading up to the cabin were a bit steep and narrow but that’s to be expected as we were at the top of the resort! No biggie! Loved it here!❤️

Anniversary Getaway
The views and location are amazing!!! So easy to get to all the trails we wanted to hike and super quick to get to the grocery store. We would stay there again just for those reasons. We were able to cook all the meals we wanted to with the supplies in the cabin. We did wish we would’ve remembered to bring more seasonings, olive oil, condiments, ziplock bags, and non toxic cooking pans with us. The standing shower had limited/no hot water for us when we tried it & the kitchen sink had very low water pressure unless you used the sprayer. Cleanliness at check in to VRBOs seems to never be perfect anymore. I wish I would’ve brought a nontoxic cleaner also. Overall, we had a great stay. You can see neighbors from the porch but still feels like having plenty of privacy. It was so fun to see the “smoke” change around the amazing mountain view throughout our stay.
