Cute quite clean
We enjoyed our stay. We didn’t spend much time at the resort. Too much to explore in TN. We did see a bear on a quiet walk trail across a river. It was on a quiet walk train just outside of town in Gatlinburg. And one running through a yard close to town. The location is great close to Gatlinburg. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

Nice mountian getaway
Very enjoyable, wish i had taken some battery operated candles, power went out due to VERY high winds and lost power 12 hours. RV was just as nice as pictures.

Great Get Away
The place was very clean and the campground was surprisingly super quiet. It was a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg. The only negative was directions to the actual camper site once inside the campground. The site itself was marked very well. I would definitely stay again.

Great weekend away!

Communication was amazing with the owner. Very nice amenities and the campground was beautiful. Easy to find in daylight as numbers were on the ground and we are use to camping. She even has a strand of lights out at night which was helpful!

The property was exactly as described and met all of our expectations. Would love to stay again. The only thing I would suggest and perhaps I overlooked would be to add the street name instead of just the lot number. The map was helpful to our group, but for my vision hard to follow on a phone screen.

Perfect hidden get away
From the time we arrived we did not want to leave. The reset itself has everything you need. This particular property was so well kept and clean. It was really cozy, like a home away from home. The pictures show exactly as it is. We even got to see a couple of bears right by the patio! We look forward to booking again in the future.

Ants!!!
I would love to give this stay 5 stars but there were 2 rather big issues. The biggest issue was the ants. I let the owner know right away and she told me to use the spray under the sink. There were 2 cans, both almost empty. Once those were gone I let her know again we were still seeing them and suggested a product I used in the past. I never heard back from her after that. The other issues were front door lock that was very difficult to lock and the dust and dirt on the trim and drawers in the bathroom and kitchen. They definitely could use a dep cleaning but the rest of the rental was pretty clean.

It was just ok
This was just a meh stay. Seemed really nice when getting there. But, with further investigation, it was just mid. We had bad ants, a colony on the bathroom sink. There were others in the kitchen as well. The front door's a pain to lock. Camper feels damp, especially after the storm that poured on us. Outside, the lake isn't that big & has little structure for proper fishing, so don't get your hopes up in that department. The pool's nice, but putt-putt is outdated and drab. The camper's somewhat difficult to find, and one has to search for it as instructions from the host aren't incredibly accurate, nor is Google. A golf cart was parked in driveway blocking part of it the entire time. I was told by the host to ignore it, that they can be rented at clubhouse. However, the golfcart didn't allow for proper parking subjecting the front end of my vehicle to damage from oncoming traffic because it stuck out. Communication with the host was purely on their terms. I rented for 3 days. I told her I couldn't afford another 3 and kindly asked if she could give us a lower rate that matched a hotel (The Clarion downtown) for the last 3 days we wanted to stay. Crickets..No response! Then, we had to cut the trip short because of an injury sustained at the pool. I messaged the host kindly asking if she could assist us in any way on the rate for the 3rd night & where check out instructions were. No response to the injury or assistance. It was only, "Look on the refrigerator." Rude i.m.o.

Recommend to get to the property in daylight as it could be difficult at night as most pads not having numbers. Good laundry facilities. Property owner did not make an effort to make things organized, messy drawers with no order, definitely not clean with very dusty horizontal slat blinds and dirty floor. There were no pillow cases, just the decorative covers on pillows which don’t look like something to be slept on. No soap in washroom at sink or shower. Sliding door does not lock easily from inside. Owner’s golf cart parked well into the parking space for a vehicle, the cart could easily have been driven forward 5’ to make easier guest parking. In all, it felt like the owner made no effort to make this property nice and clean for guests. Location is good for the Smoky Mountains. Other residents are friendly at the RV site.

Great but directions weren't great
It's a great place if you're looking for something close with family fun options such as a pool or park. I do wish the owner would have given some better directions though. The address provided led us to the wrong RV. It was late and we ended up having to ask someone who was having a BBQ for help. Thankfully they were really helpful and gave us all the directions we'd need to find the place, but that was after about 30 minutes of driving around aimlessly. There was a bit of a issue with ants at the property but when you're out in nature, there's going to be SOMETHING and I don't attribute that to anything the owner did. Just make sure to seal all snacks. Also, we weren't given instructions on if we were allowed to use the golf cart. We did end up trying but it wasn't charged, which was kind of a bummer. Wish that would have been made clear too. Overall it was a good experience! Would stay again now that I know how to find the place but if ask some clarifying questions.

Autumn getaway
This is my third time staying at this property. Typically I would rate it a 5/5 but was a little disappointed this time.Although the camper rules state no pet, the camper smelled horribly like wet dog. I was told this is due to the lady bug infestation. Please know, this typically is not a problem. I love this property and would recommend it to anyone traveling on a budget.
