We loved our weekend in this cabin . Great place for family with kids , grandkids , and pets. We had all the amenities we needed for our family weekend . Check in was so easy . We plan to visit again.
It was by far the best experience our family has had!! The house was just beautiful and the bear sightings were wonderful!! Definitely will stay here again hopefully during winter!!
Our stay was fabulous! Minutes away from downtown but away from the traffic and hustle and bustle. The house had a great view of the Ober Sky Tram as it passed by all adorned with Christmas lights. Plenty of room, warm and cozy, We Loved it! Definitely will be our place to stay in the future. Thanks Club Chalet!
The property was just as listed. While the driveway was steep, the interior was perfect for what we wanted and needed. There was some trash left around the property's exterior from prior guests that we saw when we arrived. The interior steps going from the main level to the upper level are steep and not recommended for those with mobility issues or young children. Overall, we loved Honey Bear at Club Chalet!!!

This property was part of a subdivision, so while it is a "cabin", it is in an area with lots of properties and very little
walkable green space. The driveway is VERY steep. 4WD is required.

Would not recommend property for handicapped people, need a four by four vehicle.
Property need updating. Shower very slippery. Need more linings decoration. Very simple.
Upon arriving at the house we rented we found the ac on the 2nd floor not working. Called Club Chalet and they sent us to another house about 2 miles away. The new place was very nice with much better parking. Hoping for a refund amount since our 1st evening was ruined by have to load back up and move, but host did a Great job of taking care of us!
Room was not clean. we slept on dirty sherts and no towels. trash full and bags of trash left by previous guest The vacation was ruined by bears entering our van, taking $180 worth of food and terrorizing my dayghter and the kids
There was some garbage in the wooded area that the bears probably scattered.. but the inside of the cabin was great the one recomendation i would make is a k cup machine that can do more then just coffee..We seen lots of bear... you will see bear 🐻 but the owners were on top of getting the garbage changed as well as the light that went out and kept great communication the whole trip. The drive up is super steap but our suv's handled it well we over all enjoyed our stay and will book with them again if we ever get back to the area.

Could not make it up the driveway and I have an suv
It is an older cabin. The kitchen could use a few more cooking items to be considered stocked. It is pet friendly so expect to know there has been pets there. Ran into a few issues but the owner was very responsive. And even though the listing comes up saying it has a hot tub it doesnt.
The ice maker does not work. When told to property the maintenance said there is not water line to it. Had to call maintenance a second time due to the sink leaking. There was no way to clean the grill. The grill was also old and rusted it caught on fire.
Cabin could use an AC upgrade as 2 of the rooms was hot due to no AC.

Never entered the Cabin
The driveway was more then "steep" it was a nightmare. The after hours check in directions were confusing as they provided a lock box number which I assumed was for the cabin, but in reality was for the office. Ended up sleeping in my car then requested a call asap and they never called, I had to call them. Did not even offer a partial refund.
Customers need to know driveway is straight up and almost impossible for a car to get up the drive. We burned a good deal of tire rubber off getting up there so it discouraged us from leaving the chalet. It was a disappointing trip.

Nice area to stay in
They had to switch us to a new cabin as the cleaning crew didn't arrive to clean the place we DID rent. They told us this was an upgrade, but I don't believe it was. There were a LOT of dead bugs (cockroaches and other types) on the floor in the cabin and it had a unique odor. After cleaning up the bugs, the place wasn't bad and is in a great area. Definitely on a slope, so it was great to have our Jeeep to manage it.
