This modern cabin features four bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 people comfortably. Two Queen bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the main level, one Queen bedroom with a full bathroom is in the basement level, while the spacious master with a King bed with ensuite bathroom is on the upper level. There’s a TV in the master bedroom and in one of the Queen bedrooms.

For additional sleeping options, a cozy nook just off the master bedroom is perfect for a child wanting to stay close or any other guest. The loft area game room features a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full bed on the bottom plus a full-size futon and a TV. The basement level has a queen-size pull-out couch.

As a guest here, you’ll have the entire cabin to yourself. You can use all of the rooms and amenities, including the washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, fire pit, charcoal grill, hot tub, and kitchen and bathroom essentials.

You’ll be given a key code to access the private entrance, and can park right on the property.

This home is minutes from local grocery stores, restaurants, bars and breweries, parks and playgrounds, hiking trails, and the vibrant Downtown Gatlinburg district.

Three Bear Retreat is near McGhee Tyson Airport, located 44.6 miles or 69 minutes away.

There are 5 parks within 12 miles, including Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies (2.2 miles), Great Smoky Mountains National Park (4.7 miles), and Ober Gatlinburg (5.9 miles.

There are 3 shopping centers within 2.1 miles, including Trentham Place (1 mile or 2-min drive), Winery Square (1.9 miles or 5-min drive), and The Artists of Buie's Landing (2.1 miles or or 5-min drive).

Downtown Gatlinburg, home to the Guinness World Records Museum, thrill rides, an aquarium, shops, restaurants, and more, is only 10 minutes away. So is the Great Smoky Mountains National, among numerous other attractions.

-Pets are NOT permitted at this property any sign of pets will incur fees beginning at $500 per pet.

-Please know all our properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking or vaping, of any kind, is not permitted inside. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our rental agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $1500.

-Guests will be provided with starting amounts of coffee, toilet paper, soap, paper towels, a garbage bag, dish soap and a dishwasher pod. Guests will be responsible for providing their own after the initial amounts are gone.

-This property has a charcoal grill. Please note that guests are responsible for supplying their own charcoal during their stay.

-Please be advised that by confirming your booking, you are agreeing to the Rental Agreement Policy terms posted publicly on our company website. Should you have any questions, please feel to contact us prior to booking.

EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES HURRICANE POLICY: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.
