What a view
Cabin was spacious and clean. The views are amazing. Perfect location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We had an 18 month old toddler with us and we did not have to do much baby proofing.

Absolutely Amazing Cabin
This cabin was very conveniently located to downtown Gatlinburg, as well as Pigeon Forge. The cabin is very spacious and could easily accommodate 3 couples or one or two families with kids. The cabin was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Would 100% recommend and hope to stay here again in the future.

Great cabin in the woods
We enjoyed our stay very much. Any issues that came up they addressed immediately. Parking is tricky and the dryer didn't work well at all. We would recommend this cabin and would rent it again

Amazing cabin, awesome location!
Wonderful stay at a very comfortable cabin. View was breathtaking. The only hiccup was having large carpenter ants in the upstairs bathroom/ bedroom area.. some even made it to the bed. Other than that, everything was great!

The house is accurately described. A few things could have made it perfect. The house next door was under construction they would start workng their equipment at 8:00 am .and the dryer does not work but other than those two things I highly reccomend it!

Beautiful Chalet
Great layout, hot tub was nice and very clean. Would recommend this chalet. Entry and exit were not user friendly. Had to call guest services to get a new code. It would be helpful if all trash cans had trash bags in them upon arrival. It could use some new washcloths as they are becoming very worn.

Lovely
Lovely, lovely cabin, clean, beds were fine. The only thing I would recommend would be to bring coffee filters, dishwasher pods (unless you like hand-washing dishes), and salt. Well stocked kitchen. Not much parking if you had more than one vehicle. If you dislike driving up steep inclines and winding hills, take note-- but you almost have to do so to get such an amazing view!! Also if you have children, remember, it's a cabin so you hear all upstairs movement very well when downstairs. No games or things like that besides a deck of cards, but the pool table kept our kids happy for hours. Dryer took hours to dry things. Overall I'd recommend.

The property was extremely clean/spacious and the views were amazing. However, we had no working internet/tv until the last night of our stay. The problem seemed largely avoidable as we were told the dates of service for switching internet providers had been confused. Took 3 days to resolve the issue during our stay which was frustrating given this property is advertised as having Wi-Fi. Also discovered while there that the microwave wasn’t working and the hot tub heat settings need attention. Seems like property management needs to give this home a more thorough check through between renters. Otherwise, this is a great house.

FALL BREAK 2022
This cabin was absolutely beautiful. The modern appliances, nice size rooms, breathtaking views, HUGE porch with rocking chairs and an additional screened porch with eating area and hot tub. SmartTVs...6 to be exact all size 50+ inches. My only recommendation would be to do away with the white bedding. They looked dingy and not cleaned which can happen if white is not clean thoroughly and properly. I stripped the white bedding from the Master's and bedroom upstairs and used bedding that was in closets. We didn't used the downstairs guestroom because upstairs was so big for both my kiddos. Book this cabin! You will not be disappointed! It was only 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) but can easily fit more.

Stay at 3 lazy bears
When we arrived our electric was out for hours. Calls were made into Vacasa with no solution. No calls back despite being told the local office would call back. I brought my grandmother who had to use the hot tub steps to get into the bed at night because the beds were so high. She had to bath out of the sink because all bathrooms had tubs and no walk in showers. There is a TRUE ant issue. They were crawling on us, were in our food and in our luggage when we left. I now have huge ants in my car. Dispute all the bad the view was out of this world! The neighbor was so sweet and let us know what was going on with the electric issue. Unfortunately with the ants and the no communication from Vacasa we will not be returning.

Yearly adventure
Overall very good spacious cabin with great view and very conveniently located. road noise made worse by a car show in town, missing some basic needs- kitchen towels, garbage bags, soap dishes, missing fan remote, tub floor in upstairs room discolored and shower doors in upstairs bathroom need work.

Beautiful home
The house was very comfortable and accommodating. There weren’t dish towels, but we managed okay. Had a young bear on the front porch while we were sitting and enjoying our coffee. After we were done being startled, we couldn’t stop laughing and smiling about the encounter. The home is a great central location to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The parking was also very good. The roads to the house were steep and winding, but not a problem for a cautious driver. We will seriously consider visiting again!

Great Cabin
We had a lovely stay at this cabin! Great Mountain View and we got the chance to see a momma bear with her two cubs. Everything was nice and clean for arrival. Our only issue was trash was left in bags outside of the cabin but was resolved on the second day of our stay! I wish communication was easier to providers. Overall would stay again!

Cozy, solid views
We enjoyed our stay! The view was great, the interior was cozy and appropriately sized for 6 adults. The location was convenient for easy access to Gatlinburg and the national park while still mostly quiet. The hot tub and pool table were fun amenities. The outside sitting area was a great place to spend evenings, and the interior furniture was cozy. Since the photos didn't make the layout clear, the bottom floor has the kitchen / dining room / living room space, plus two bedrooms and two full baths. The top floor has the pool table room, a half bath, another bedroom, and another full bath. The main parts of the deck (sitting space & hot tub) extend around the bottom floor. I took off a star for two reasons. First, I wish the house was better stocked. We were missing some useful basic cooking supplies, most importantly a cutting board. There also wasn't any detergent for the laundry machine. Second, the bed wasn't that comfortable: it had an awkward slope and was very creaky. These are small issues, but sometimes small issues can cost you an hour or two on a vacation.

Husband and I loved this chalet it’s just what he needed. Quiet clean and relaxing to get away from life’s daily grind. This chalet is very roomy inside and out. Pictures represent the 3 lazy bear chalet spot on. Looking forward to returning to this chalet in the near future

The views from the balcony were the best feature. The house was clean, cozy and spacious. The hot tub and pool table were a lot of fun. Vacasa was very communicative during our stay. We would recommend and would stay again.

Phenomenal Cabin with Fantastic Views!
Great cabin on a dead end street made the location even better. New amenities, screened in porch, hot tub, close to activities, large TV’s in every bedroom and bear sightings made it definitely worth coming back for!
