Great cute and cozy cabin. Everything was perfect and easy to check in. House was spacious and well taken care of. Hot tub was an added bonus. Master bathroom also had a big jacuzzi tub. Quick and easy commute to all attractions.

Our Gatlinburg week vacation
The property was very clean and well supplied. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Karen, the manager, was available when I called and very helpful in answering my questions. Overall, it is a great place to stay when visiting Gatlinburg.

This cabin was perfect for our short getaway. It’s relatively close to everything in and around town which made travel a breeze. Nice amenities and clean. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Great place!
Convenient to everything! But off the terrible Gatlinburg tourist trap, grocery store very close. Dog park a 4 minute drive. Not much place to walk dog in cabin neighborhood. Clean, queen beds comfy, hot tub

Super Clean and great location
The house was super clean and in a perfect location. Very close to restaurants, grocery and entrance to the National Park. Very comfy beds. The hot tub was perfect for the cold nights (and we appreciate that they change the water between guests). Just a few "head's up". I didn't deduct any stars but I think it's fair to bring up in case these may be deal breakers for others: * There are several stairs to get to the entrance of the house, then another set of steep stairs to get up to the main living area of kitchen/living room. This wasn't an issue for us but if we were bringing any older family members, this would have been an issue. * The bedrooms are on the lower level. If anyone is on the upper level, you can hear EVERY footstep in the bedrooms. This was an issue as my husband is a very early riser and caused the rest of the house to be as well. * You cannot access the yard without climbing over an approx 2.5 ft retaining wall, and I'm not sure they intend for you to do that. So if you brought your dog(s), you'll have to walk down the street to a small patch of grass located by the dumpster. There is a dog park approx 2 miles from the house that was very convenient.

Perfect location!
Can't say enough! Owner was super responsive to questions. Cabin was only 15 min from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge! Less than 10 minutes from Grocery stores! Instacart delivers in case you just don't want to shop. Easily slept all 5 of us. Instructions on any appliances that weren't super intuitive. The fireplace made quick work of chasing off any morning chill upstairs. I'm already trying to convince my kids we need to come back!

Clean, Quiet, In the Woods But Close to Gatlinburg
Our cabin was clean and had everything that we needed. Kitchen well stocked, easy-to-use fireplace. It was just a few minutes to get into Gatlinburg. Our only issue was the two sets of stairs, one inside, one out. The balcony on the second floor was a nice place to sit, but it would be nice to have a couple of small chairs out front as well. Thanks for a nice visit!

Smokies
The house was in a quiet neighborhood. When you walk in there are rooms to the left and right and stairs in front. The kitchen and living room are upstairs. The kitchen did not have a lot of extras. Bring a corkscrew and coffee filers. The bed was really comfy but first night was cold I did find a blanket in a drawer which really helped. Overall a nice place. Not a lot of parking if you have more than one car.

Our stay in the Mts.
We certainly enjoyed our stay and would return. There needs to be a photo of the entrance stairs to the top floor. Very steep and not appropriate for non-stairclimbers. Wish we had seen a photo. Parking became a problem and difficult to find other parking in the area. A bit of a danger in the kitchen when the heavy curtain rod fell from their connector. Karen was very helpful on issues and we enjoyed the vrbo and the community.

Nice cabin
Good location…however it would be 5 minutes from the back exit of Roaring Fork. It takes approximately 20 minutes to enter the drive through. The cabin was clean. Beds were somewhat comfortable. We did freeze through the night, but Karen was quick to correct the thermostat issue. The kitchen was well stocked for our limited needs.

Nice place!
Overall very nice place to stay. 2 king beds and a sofa bed made it perfect for our family of 4. We cooked every night, and could have used better kitchen pots and pans, so bring your own if you plan on cooking. My kids loved the game table and the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Could use a good dusting and some new lights, but overall it was a comfortable place to stay.

Hidden gem
The cabin was well equipped and the property manager was extremely helpful and quick to respond. The 2 large bedrooms are on the ground floor, which is up a short flight of steps. The main living area and kitchen with a nice uncovered deck are on the second floor. Perfect for young couples - I would not recommend for the elderly, anyone with mobility issues or small children due to the many steep stairs. The cabin is located in a hidden part of Gatlinburg- in the arts trail and very easy to drive to. Close to downtown yet tucked away in the mountains at the same time. Very quiet neighborhood.

Overall a good place to stay
Like all reviews, there are good and bad points to the story, so I'll try to cover both. First, the owner or manager was very responsive to text. Although our problem wasn't solved, she did try. The problem was related to the TV so it really wasn't a big deal to us. We could not figuure out how to get live TV/cable channels. The upstairs TV could get Netflix and Hulu. The downstairs wouldn't get anything at first. My husband set up the wifi connection and we had to use our personal Amazon login to watch anything. Not really a big deal since we watched mostly at night, but it's information you should know. The location has a Gatlinburg address, but time-wise, it was really in the middle of Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge so that was a plus. The house has an unique design that I've never seen before. (2 bed/baths on the bottom when walk in the door & kitchen/living room upstairs) I think it would be best suited to young familys with no children or children that are young but old enough to respect stairs. The stairs were a con for me because I have a defective foot, but if you don't have a problem with stairs it should be fine for you. The only other serious bad point is the shower in one of the bedrooms. I think it would have been better to skip the garden tub and make the shower bigger. There is barely room to stand. It would be interesting to me to take a poll and see who actually uses garden tubs on vacation. Especially when there is a hot tub outside, I think it would be a waste of money. But that's just my opinion. I ended up sharing the shower in the other bedroom with our daughters. A larger mirror & sink with a counter top would have been better in the bathroom, but we made do with it. The cabin was well stocked with supplies: dishwasher cubes, soap, laundry soap, and even shampoo/condition & body wash in the shower dispensers. They won't be your favorite brands, but we used some of them anyway. Two things on the kitchens. For the life of me, I could not find any potholders and had to use the dishtowels when we used the oven. I did not like the coffeemaker. The basket for the grounds was very difficult to remove and put back on, and I think the burner isn't hot enough. I always had to heat mine in the microvave after pouring it in the cup. Generally, the cabin was neat and organized but it was due for a good spring cleaning. Mostly dust on the walls & steps to the hot tub.
