The cabin was very spacious. Could use a bit of updating and could be a bit cleaner. Bathrooms could use scrubbing and closets could use cobwebs and dust bunnies removed. Seating in living area was comfortable enough…but mattresses in bedroom should be updated. I would stay again just for the spaciousness of the place and the views.

Comfortable and Convenient Condo
Our stay couldn’t have been better. The location was convenient, the condo was exactly as advertised, and the space was perfect for our family (we had 3 adults and 2 kids and plenty of space). The views were stunning and the space was so comfortable that we were as interested in staying in as we were going into town. I can’t recommend Justin’s space enough - we hope to visit again!

Absolutely breathtaking views! Host was super responsive and very helpful. Listing was extremely accurate with more than adequate room for our family of 6. The rooms were large and clean, beds were super comfortable, kitchen had all necessities, newer washer/dryer and host provided 2 wash tabs, pool/hot tub area was clean and accessible, easy parking. Overall, this location exceeded our expectations to the point that we wanted to stay another night. If we go back to Gatlinburg, we will definitely stay here again!

The property was well kept, had ample private parking in an easily accessible parking lot, the condo was well laid out and had plenty of room for 5 kids and 2 adults. It was nicely decorated for the holiday and helped us make good family memories. The property manager was extremely responsive. We had a great experience and would rent there again.

Enjoyed our family trip to Gatlinburg and the condo was amazing! Great location for some relaxation but close enough to all of the fun in the city! The condo was clean, comfortable and Justin was the perfect host. Checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and even provided recommendations for things to do. Can’t wait to come back!!

Wonderful Mountain Property
The Chalet Village unit we stayed in was great. Very roomy and clean. Wonderful mountain views from all bedrooms, living room and screened porch. Kitchen well equipped and full size washer and dryer were nice. Communication and responses from the property owner were prompt and very helpful when needed. We would stay here again when in the Gatlinburg area! Highly recommended for your group to stay here.

Excellent location, just wanted to make you aware the floors were filthy when we arrived. Kids feet turned black within minutes. Seems like the floors need to be mopped, just want to let you know for future guests… other than that it was a great stay. Nice amenities and was the perfect space for our group. Thanks!

Beautiful - Loved Our Stay
The rental is excellent. The pictures are 100% accurate and the view is fantastic. We would certainly rent this room again. We had a heating problem when we checked in that could have ruined our 5 day stay. However, Justin was quick to get someone out to repair the problem. Because of the quick response to our heating issue, we felt it was only fair to still give them a 5 star review. With past rentals (not this place) we have encountered long delays when something was not working that does affect the quality of the experience. Thanks to Justin for his quick response! The room was clean and had all the comforts of home with an amazing view added.

Amazing place!
The view is perfect to overlook part of the town and the mountains. The description of the property doesn’t explain how big this place is. Each bedroom has its own master bath. Bedrooms are spacious and fully furnished. Be sure to call dibs on the upstairs bathroom. Best view and awesome bathroom! The balcony is screened in so no bugs but lets you relax and enjoy the view drinking some coffee early in the morning. Plenty of parking. Utensils for cooking to help save some money or venture out on the town only a few minutes away. The guest books are a great read to figure out hidden gems or what to do. Owners checked in with us and made sure everything was running smoothly and we got checked in ok. Couldn’t find one issue with our stay at all. Will definitely ask for this specific one again next year!

Family Fun 2022
I give this property a 5 out of 5 rating. From the initial booking process to the very last day of my stay, Justin our host was phenomenal. I could not have asked for a better host during our stay The property has exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for a family of 6 although the property could sleep up to 9 people, each room with a full bathroom. Just a habit for cabin rental properties, I recommend bring extra towels and wash cloths, trash bags, and dishwater pods. There was very light construction happening when we arrived, they were redoing the steps to our property. They were sketchy, but we are happy to know that the issue is being fixed. I'd definitely recommend this listing for anyone looking to be close to the downtown area (18min drive). Thank you so much Justin for your hospitality, you were AWESOME!

Unfortunately no air conditioning and dated.
The property was comfortable but dated and much more so than pictured. We checked in Friday at it was hot and stuffy and noticed AC not working. We were told it be fixed that evening but it wasn’t then tools it would be Saturday morning- again nothing. Finally I called Saturday afternoon and was told they were right around the corner but no one showed till 8 pm. It was supposedly fixed but hour after the tech left - AC still not working and it was 82 degrees. We were told we would get reimbursed but only got a $107 dollar refund (but still don’t even have that). It was not a good experience - they even have a Christmas tree still up do I would suggest finding another property especially this summer as we didn’t have AC the whole weekend.

GREAT STAY
The condo was perfecf and stocked with everything you need to feel like home. The view was breathtaking. Justin was helpful from moments after booking until check-out. Great place to stay with a family or friends. Already planning our next trip and qojld stay here again.

Wonderful family home
Very spacious & comfortable for large or multiple families. Beautifully decorated and the Arcade game was a favorite among everyone. Had a very nice pool. The views from every window were spectacular. Sunrise was beautiful! The drive to and from Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge was very beautiful and scenic.
