Watch the clouds roll in over the mountains from your very own private deck, find everything you need to cook with your loved ones in the full kitchen and curl up by the fireplace after days spent hiking, fishing, and exploring.

You'll also have access to a seasonal outdoor pool within the complex.

This condo sits four miles west of downtown Gatlinburg, where you can stroll, explore the many shops and attractions, or take the tram up the mountain to Ober Gatlinburg. You'll also be only four miles north of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, which is beloved for its hiking trails (including a portion of the Appalachian Trail), waterfalls, fishing streams, and plentiful wildlife.

Firewood is not provided; guests can purchase it locally at gas stations or grocery stores.
Fireplaces are only available for use from October through April.
Due to the location, cell service is limited at this home.
Free WiFi is only available at the clubhouse.
This home is on the third floor and there is no elevator.
The outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather-permitting.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
