Great location and great view. But our smoke detector was going off then entire stay!
Great location and great view! But our smoke detector kept going off and when I tried to reach out to someone to fix it I kept getting told it was going to get fixed but no one fixed so we berly got any sleep

Property is a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg. The property was clean and well supplied. The only negative was that the door code is long and had to get phone out to look up code. We definitely would rent again if available.

The floor was a little dirty (my baby’s feet were filthy) but otherwise it was great! However, not super handicapped or stroller friendly if you plan to walk everywhere because there are only stairs to get down unless you walk down the big hill.

Very Clean (except the air filters: very dusty) 5 year old spilled water out of the tub and went to clean the floor with white towel and little dirt was on the towel. Ceiling fan light in master bedroom was out (flickering) but we used the side table lamps. The TV remotes in the bedrooms were very hard to figure out.

This property has a great location to downtown activities. It also has great views of the town and surrounding area. This condo would have been perfect for our stay if the master bathroom had been clean. The shower had pink bacteria around the edge and covering the shower curtain. We showered with the curtain open because we did not want it to touch us. There was also black gunk in the surrounding tile grout.

enjoyable stay
Liked everything about the unit. Very clean, comfortable, convenient to everything , but we were told we would have access to laundry facility. It had a key code on door and after 3 emails and No response, and no one there knew the code, we had to wash clothes out in the sink. Otherwise, a good stay. Please include key code with other correspondence when you confirm reservations!

Good but could be better
Location is good, the view, the pool, the AC. But the apartment needs additional cleaning (the floor under the beds is really dirty, and the bathrooms are not cleaned, that shows that the cleaning is superficial). It’s not a rent to eat there, you have to eat elsewhere so if you want to save some money by cooking something light this place is not appropriate, the kitchen is small and uncomfortable. Laundry would be better, specially if you are going to rent it for several days.
