Living Room
Relax in the cozy living room — featuring a stone, electric fireplace, couches, a comfy armchair, and a big screen TV! Catch up with one another or make plans for the day. And in the evenings, flip on the TV for a bit of entertainment or gather around the fireplace for bedtime stories.

Kitchen
Step into the fully equipped kitchen for meal prep, coffee refills, snack attacks, and cookie time. Fully equipped with 2 stainless-steel refrigerators, 2 stoves, microwave, and dishwasher plus cutlery, cookware, mugs, dinnerware, and more. There’s even a bonus island with loads of extra counter space and bar seating for 7 to make fixing and serving meals simple. Create a breakfast buffet, set out a lunch spread, and serve dinner for 28 with ease.

Dining Area
Along with eating scrumptious meals, bring board and card games from home and host a friendly tournament in the expansive dining area. There are 3 large tables with cushioned chairs and benches for 24. Add the kitchen’s bar seating for 7 and everyone will have a place to dine together.

Rec Rooms
It’s playtime! Upstairs, hit the air hockey puck to victory. Drive your 1994 McLaren F1 across the finish line in the Rush 2049 driving simulator. Get in a 4 player tournament of golf on the Golden Tee or take a step back in time and play some old favorites like PacMan, Donkey Kong, or Galaga on the multi-cade. There’s even a media space that has a comfy sofa, and a flat screen TV.

Downstairs, shoot pool with your pals with plenty of observation seating. Here, you’ll also find the theater area with a large flat screen TV, a couple sofas, and comfy armed chairs, great for a little relax time after the kiddos drift to sleep.

Bedrooms
Exploring the great outdoors, shopping in town, and playing at the cabin will certainly leave everyone ready for bed at the end of each day. There are plenty of cozy options spread across 9 bedrooms — each with a flat screen TV. Choose from 9 King Beds, 2 Twin Bunk Beds and 3 Queen Sleeper Sofas all of which are memory foam. There are also 7 full bathrooms plus 2 half baths, so everyone will be able to get ready for morning hikes and evening dinner shows without a hassle.

The hot tub never got over 99 degrees, and the second hot tub didn't work at all. There were roaches all over the kitchen. The house wasn't very clean at all. For what we paid, I would've expected more.

We visit multiple times every year, & so far this has been our favorite cabin, we seen bears every day we was here, not just one but multiple! It was the sweetest thing! Cabin was super roomy & we plan to stay again next year. Totally recommend!

A “bear-y” good time!!
The property that we stayed at fit the bill perfectly for our family reunion. But new guests should be made aware, though that there is a contingency of bears that prowl the property day and night. These bears walk the property including in the parking lot and will approach your car and attempt to get in your car. One resident below our cabin, left his car doors open (turned out to be the housekeeper) and we watched the bear saunter over and after sniffing around on the cabins front porch, decided to scavenge in their car. He found nothing and left. Most of our guests cars had been bear pawed , but surprisingly weren’t scratched. But they were fun to watch and they really weren’t aggressive so it really wasn’t actually a problem but everywhere you go you see them. We would come back to your cabin again, lots of room, everything worked, the kids had a great time too!!

Our family had a wonderful time. The kids enjoyed playing all the electronic and table games. Lots to do in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. There is limited play room close to the property.

Basketball Team with Parents
We were in town for a tournament and brought several families with the team. The cabin was perfect for separating the team downstairs and the families upstairs. Everything was clean and we had an awesome time. Would definitely stay here again!!

14 adults - staff and spouses stayed for 4 nights. The layout of the cabin is perfect. The location is fantastic for Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. We will definitely return for our next mountain trip.

Perfect Getaway!
Spent the weekend with 25 coworkers- everything went seamless from check-in to check out. The power went out during our stay because of the wind storm, but it was very easy to communicate with the owners regarding the power and other questions, if needed. The cabin had everything you could need from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Definitely recommend!

Stairway to Heaven perfectly met our needs for a large, extended family gathering to celebrate an 80th birthday party. The house was well appointed and met our expectations in every way. It was particularly nice that the games in the game room were in good condition. Large Home With the Basics
This was a nice, large home with plenty of space for a group. I like that in addition to the main level, there was an upstairs game room, downstairs media room, and ample deck space with a lovely view, which meant that our family group could spread out and not feel like we were crowded. The location was conveniently located close to downtown Gatlinburg (10 minutes or less), but outside of the downtown traffic. As for the home itself, there is some wear and tear, some of which is to be expected. Though when we checked in, there were loose pieces of trim in the corner, a screen laying on one of the porches, a chair with the cover ripped off, and various other minor issues. The owner was very responsive and took care of several maintenance issues right away, which was appreciated. Though the car racing game was broken when we arrived and could not be fixed during our 9 night stay, despite the fact that I had emailed the owner a week before our stay to ensure that game was specifically working (given a prior review said it was not). That was disappointing. We were constantly doing dishes and buying paper plates, as the kitchen was not very well stocked on dishes and silverware (there were enough pots and pans at least). One of the beds had a fairly decent crater in the middle, though the remaining beds were comfortable. One towel per person with no extra linens. The internet was spotty and often dropped (my husband experienced this often as he was trying to work remotely, and whenever we tried watching a movie on a streaming service through the smart TV, it would drop a couple times for several minutes at a time). Internet issues aside, the smart TV in the media area was nice and it was easy to connect to our streaming accounts. Overall, the house served our needs and we had a nice time.

This was the perfect place for our family reunion of 16! Location was awesome! Our adult kids loved every minute. We ate at the cabin every night. Wonderful place.
We had a very pleasant stay in this house. The house was in good condition and was well equipped. The kitchen and dining areas were big enough to handle our group of 24. It was situated in a really good part of town: very clean, well looked after and scenic. The view from the back was beautiful. We loved staying here and highly recommend it for a large group.

Property by the pictures you see do not do justice. Thus place is so incredibly beautiful from the inside to the views. Don't think twice about and and just go for it you will not be disappointed!
