Agreement are Required to Confirm Reservation
• No Animals and No Smoking allowed inside our property. Smoking on the decks, but do not throw butts off the decks, driveway, or woods. Containers are provided.
•Maximum Occupancy = 4 persons including adults and children (infants under 6 mos not included at time of booking).

You can't beat the location. Black Bear Falls is only minutes to Gatlinburg.

What a wonderful cozy little cabin. We enjoyed all the little bear touches scattered throughout the entire cabin. I loved drinking my morning coffee on the front porch. Beds were super comfortable and there is a regular coffee pot and a Keurig. Easy drive into Gatlinburg and a short trip to the nearest grocery store. It was also nice to do a little laundry before leaving. Communication with the property owner was easy and she was helpful and responsive. It definitely enriched our summer vacation.

This cabin was absolutely perfect! It was one of the cleanest and most comfortable places I've ever stayed at. The decor was charming and nothing was lacking for amenities. It was easy to get to and very close to downtown Gatlinburg. We couldn't wait to get back to it every night after our activities! Kaye was a super sweet host as well. Wonderful memories from this trip!

Lazy Bear cabin was absolutely perfect for our family trip to Gatlinburg. The property is as advertised and the neighborhood perks with the pool was a complete hit with the kids. The host was great and communication was outstanding. This was one of the most clean cabins I have ever stayed in and it had everything you need. We loved the proximity to downtown Gatlinburg as well as the National Park. Would high recommend staying here if you have a family of 4 and are looking for a great wekeend in Gatlinburg.

Great Family Cabin
We have a 4 yr old girl and 6yr old boy. They layout was great for us. Nice quiet community too. The cabin was very clean and was in great condition. Everything worked, including the hot tub which the kids really enjoyed. Easy to get to Gatlinburg but peacefully away too. Host was great, we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend

Our Winter Cabin Getaway
So where do I start... nothing but 5 stars all the way! Me and my wife had been discussing about staying at a cabin in the mountains. Let me tell you that had we known what an amazing experience we had as a a family. We would've done it years ago. Of course thay was made possible because of many things. Starting woth the location in the mountains of Tennessee. The views alone will male you come back again and again. The cabin itself felt like your finally home. And lets not forget, one of the best parts. The people and their overall hospitality make you not want to go back to south Florida. A very special thank you to Kaye. We loved our stay. The cabin was perfect for our family of 4. Everything we needed was included. The fireplace and lit tree made it feel so cozy. Although it was warm during our stay, the nights were cold so we enjoyed having the hot tub available with towels included. ( so convenient) The bath towels included were not the usual stiff towels they were soft and thick. The location was close to downtown Gatlinburg, the grocery store, carry out options and everything else but also secluded enough to feel like you can relax.

Super clean, very nice house. We came for a long weekend girls getaway. The house was perfect in every way. The Wi-Fi was not available while we were there but our host was wonderful about the issue and was quick to respond. Being first time visitors to the area, we were caught off guard regarding the back roads and how intense the driving was at night on some of them. We quickly learned which ones to avoid. We loved that we were close to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville. The Smokey Mountains were especially beautiful as fall colors were vibrant. A favorite vacation for this group of girls
